chilly is your average non average plumerian. he is as cowardly as a mouse and will do
basically anything to wiggle his way out of trouble. he is also willing to use others to make
a cover story just to escape. his name actually results of his awkward "chilly" attitude.

he is often very sarcastic but then could be timid. other words, he is very indecisive. he has
a hard time choosing whenever given options.
