ABOUT THE USER

Yo, I'm winkatuck and I've been in the JBD community since mid 2012, through the good, the bad and the ugly. I own three lovely JBD's: Kiwaro (My custom back as a GA), Sasha and Shima. I try to be active with my beans, more on skype and sometimes on the fanclub. Though I do go to college full time and have a baby a little over a year old, I hope to stick around to watch my beans and their families grow. I'm always open for roleplays!

PERSONALITY

CAUTIOUS

Taking more after his father, Rubio prefers to play things safe, often resorting to hiding away in either of his parents or siblings pouches for protection. When it comes to being prepared, this bean is all about predicting the worst possible situation. Rubio isn't necessarily a pessimist, but he doesn't like the unknown, the fear of what's hiding in the dark.
SURPRESSED

Because Rubio tends to play things off carefully, he often hides how he truly feels about given situations or relationships with others. He doesn't like stepping on other bean's toes. To avoid this he simply doesn't speak up often and keeps his emotions and opinions to himself, especially if it's for the better of someone else.
RESERVED

When it comes to things derived from his mother, he has her stature but also a shy and reserved personality. Actions speak louder than words for Rubio and his quiet demeanor adds to this. While he isn't the first to speak up to play a game or start a conversation, he does take time to think about things. Once he's gotten to know someone a bit better, he can be quite the chatterbox.
UNDERSTANDING

Rubio is also very much like his mother in the fact he tries to take everything in and understand it, rather than become emotional about it. Even if he does come off emotionally cold at times, he does it to better understand someone else's point of view. Without his emotions in the way, Rubio can be the most honest set of ears for anyone's problems.
CURIOUS

Even though this bean shares a lot in common with his parents, one of his favorite beans to hang around with is Mirano. With this he shares the common curiosity about the world and it's vast mysteries. As a bean with knowledge for higher understanding and cautious demeanor, Rubio wants nothing more than to explore what all there is to see and how to make sure it's safe or not, for him or for others. When you understand the world around you better, there is a better sense of security and that's exactly what this bean wants. To be comfortable in his own world.

IN DEPTH FAMILY RELATIONS

URANIUM

Since Rubio does take a lot after his father, it's not surprising they would get along. They share multiple traits and he is a big part of the bean's life. His piqued interest to understand anything and everything stems from his father, along with suppressing his emotions and just wanting everyone to be able to say what they want and be happy. Even at the cost of his own happiness. They often share fruits together and like to help other's with their problems.
PANNA COTTA

Much like his father, Rubio shares traits from his mother as well. Mostly he loves her because she seems to understand him and his reserved tendencies, not to mention the moments where he wants to be understanding to others. When he's not playing detective work with Uranium he can probably be found in his mother's pouch napping or playing with whatever treasures are hiding there at the moment.
RITA

Even though they aren't exactly related, Rubio really enjoys the time he gets to spend with Rita, even if she is grumpy a lot. He's often curious but quietly observant about why she is the way she is. He's perfectly fine with trying to fit into that little perfectionist view she wants, only wanting to make her (like everyone else) happy. This includes fetching things for her and trying to keep the peace if possible.
MIRANO

While Rita doesn't like Mirano, Rubio finds Mirano intriguing and will sometimes go off on his own to try and stalk the other bean. He wants to know what it's like to be different like he is. This may or may not put them on the best or worst relationship.
HAILEY

Outside of when the twins were first born, Rubio doesn't see much of his eldest sister. She is probably out having a life of her own as an adult and busy starting her own family soon. Though when she is around, Rubio doesn't mind her company, but finds her constant badgering a tad bit annoying. Especially when he just wants to take a nap or not be pried for information.
NOCTURNE

He likes his brothers, Nocturne being one of the two he doesn't quiet understand but finds that fascinating about him the most. Rubio wants to know why his older brother isn't curious about things and what makes him so calm. He also likes to fall asleep to the sounds of his piano or violin playing. It's really soothing.
DARIAN

Even though the more active sporty-like nature of Darian seems to set Rubio off and scare him at times, he still enjoys his other brother's company. They both share a love for nature and discovering new things. Rubio would rather be lazy and ride in his sibling's pouch than try to keep up with him when he's sprinting across the field, though.
TWIN SISTER

Rubio actually doesn't really care too much for his crazy hyperactive sister. He often wishes she would disappear most of the time and finds her loud and annoying. As they grow his bond will only strengthen between him and her and hopefully he can open up to her when they are both more mature. For now expect lots of spats and fights over who gets what.

ROLEPLAY EXCERPTS

The dark bean shaped egg shifted silently under pale moonlight, a crack forming along it's surface. A tiny dark foot poked out from the shell, wiggling about and stretching with new found freedom. Only moments later did the small frail bean shatter the rest of the eggshell's covering and restraining his body. With large teal curious eyes, the male silently stumbled around in the dark, taking in his surroundings.

Rubio frowned in annoyance as his older sister bowled him over, chasing after a stray butterfly. He shook the dust and dirt from his dark fur, choking a bit. He would much rather sit and listen or watch and learn from others than to bump into beans periodically for the sake of one's own entertainment. Flicking a stray ear towards the loud female twin, he rolled his eyes and curled up between his parents, drifting off into an afternoon nap.

THE FUTURE

If I won this boy, I could forsee him pestering his momma constantly about her locket and talking about what it's like as a "Jam" bean. He'll stalk Mirano and probably get on his nerves to no end because of his curiousity. To have quite a few spats with his sister. Grow to become somewhat of a hippie and tend to Rita's every beck and call simply cause she's older and you "must" respect your elders, right?

His motto could possibly end up something like...

"Be thankful for what you have, even more grateful for what's to come."

these two are beans with an attitude problem. not only are they together almost 24/7, but their personalities compliment each-other so well that there are rarely times that they do not get what they want. that combined with their oh-so-cute appearance does not help to deceive others. their parents and siblings are more aware of tris' and tide's actions, but that doesn't stop the twins from trying to get around that.
being the youngest, if they cause a racket that'd get their parents involved, the two would simply act like little angels to get themselves out of trouble.
the bottom line is, they'll do whatever it takes to get what they want while using their adorable ways to dig themselves out of any issues that they might walk themselves into.

xxxtide; but that doesn't stop them from blaming some of their
xxxdoings onto him. in some of their plans, however, they do
xxxinclude their adoptive brother and his special, sensitive
xxxabilities. during those times, Mirano gets a code name of
xxxhis own.

xxxHailey, since she is an adult now, is more of a victim than
xxxa play-mate. Sometimes, however, these two can get awfully
xxxgrumpy when she's unwilling to play with them or get herself
xxxcovered in mud because it'd disguise her in the broad daylight
xxxduring one of their plans. However mean, though, she's still
xxxseen as a sister to protect and annoy.


xxxNocturne, being the quieter out of their older twin duo,
xxxis often tide&tris' victim of day-to-day... jokes. however
xxxwhile they find themselves with rights to slightly torture
xxxtheir older sibling, they would happily turn their target into
xxxsomeone that would try to harm him.


xxxDarian is seen as one of them, by these two twins.
xxxNot only because he's the more hyper one out of his own twin
xxxduo, but because tide and tris find themselves sometimes
xxxwrapped up in their older brothers happy bubble and admire
xxxhim, not once asking about ideas to make the house life a bit
xxxmore eventful.

xxxxxxxxxthese two usually take advantage of their dad's open mind-ness
xxxxxxxxxabout things as well as his friendly side, whenever it shows.
Uraniumxxwith their big eyes and cute smiles, tide and tris feel as if they
xxxxxxxxxcould push all of the blame onto someone more believable, like
xxxxxxxxxtheir older brother Darian or their sister Hailey.


xxxxxxxxxwith their mother being quite a sensitive soul, tris and tide
xxxxxxxxxsometimes even manage to hold themselves back around
Pannaxxxxtheir mum, but not that often. they could easily take advantage
xxxxxxxxxof her soft nature to do what they feel like doing, but also
xxxxxxxxxenjoying the rare occasions in which they let themselves be cuddled

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAdults

xaround adults, both tris and tide have a limit of being hugged and getting
xtheir cheeks squeezed by some aunt that they cannot remember. these two
xtake themselves too seriously for that kind of nonsense. however, they often
xdo take advantage of those aunts or any other guests that may be around,
xpull off something that'd make that certain adult remember them or their
xto sweet not-little family. so, without much more detail, tide and tris simply
xact like angels that they are far from, until they can't cope with it no more
xand send their entire act in flames.

tris' view.
as far as tris is concerned, she is the only person
that qualifies enough to stand up for her ' baby '
brother. however, that doesn't mean that she can't
get all up in his face. the fact is that she can and
will - but in the end she thinks that its for his own
good. if its all in her paws, she'll ruin her own image
to keep her little tide safe.

tide's view.
tide simply can't be separated from his big sis.
the two have been together since the start and
have created quite the bond. although tris tends
to stick up for tide a lot because he is smaller than
most beans, he doesn't really mind even if he does
act big and brave but it works both ways with the
twins, tide will always stick up for his sister too.

Tara is generally very mysterious, she spends a lot of her time hiding in the shadows or up on the hills watching the stars. She is more of a majestic and aloose behaviour than most, although she is social, she doesn't tend to approach others, instead waits for those to approach her.
She is a genuine and respectful JBD who tries to see the best in everyone, she judges you by your intentions and not by your actions. She is always on hand to help some-one in need and often others go to her for advice on different areas as she is very open minded and has a wide variation of belief. It's very true, between her cute yet beautiful appearance and her young, yet intelligent mind, Blythe can be an unstoppable little girl. She almost always get what she wants, bribing and deceiving and begging to her leisure. She doesn't do these things maliciously of course, merely to obtain small trinkets, like candy or new pens for her dream journal. She's got pretty much everyone wrapped around her little paw, they worship her brave yet adorable personality. The only one she's never been able to trick is her brother, Sam, he's always had the upper hand when it comes to intelligence.

I guess all I can say is that Blythe can get a little intense sometimes. Most of the time it's when someone picks on her brother, she becomes pretty furious; it's a Hulk-type situation. She's very defensive, and will sometimes launch physically or in conversation when something is said about her negatively, but it doesn't happen often. Most know that she may be very small, smaller than her brother even, but she's ferocious. She goes in with tooth and claw when she's too upset, she has a temper that's easy to displease. She loves her brother more than anything, but even he can sometimes get on her touchy nerves.

The other little girls have never really hung well with Blythe, she'd much rather be playing rough with the guys. She loves to wrestle and play games like football, and although she can't throw very well, she's extremely quick, agile, and packs quite a hit. She absolutely loves being dirty, she's pretty much always covered in a layer of dirt unless I can manage to get her in the tub, but I mostly just take her swimming instead since she'll go willingly. She enjoys dressing boyishly, and is quite disgusted by the thought of wearing anything frilly. Colors don't bother, ones like pink and purple she admires, but dresses and sparkles and things just don't cut it with her.

Blythe is a dreamer; to say the least. She would rather just sit all day, imagining and making up scenarios for what could have happened through her day, rather than actually experience it. She isn't a great artist, but wishes to be when she's older, and is always drawing her dreams instead of writing about that in a small leather bound journal she keeps in her pouch. She writes stories as well, but rather tells them to pictures, depicting events with sketches and sometimes even paintings. She would be great creating graphic novels in the future, she's incredibly imaginative, and many are often surprised by the vibrant mind she holds in such a young body.

Blythe doesn't often prefer the company of others, she has her brother, her family, a couple friends whom are guys, and that's it. She greatly enjoys the outdoors, and prefers hiking over partying any day. She can make friends, and has a select few, but doesn't see the point in making lots of friends, she believes acquaintances aren't useful and can pose a threat through untrustworthiness. She greatly enjoys her time alone her time to think and dream, to watch the sunrise or to listen the rain pattering on the window. She prefers seclusion; it's peaceful.

Blythe is still young, but sometimes feels awkward, and tries to observe others the best she can, figuring out what makes them "fit in", and what makes them well liked by others. It doesn't bother her that she isn't very popular with the other beans her age, she's just generally curious about what makes them work the way they do, act the way they do. She studies like someone in schooling for behavior analysis, making sure to observe every detail she can and deciphering it. It may seem strange to some, but she's just curious about the dragon's social nature.

Sarcasm may seem rude coming from the mouths of some, but it's truly just Blythe's young sense of humor, both sweet and sour. All she wants is a laugh when she's sarcastic, she enjoys seeing people laugh and smile, because everyone needs happiness. Her jokes are never mean or hurtful, but rather silly comments to help someone to laugh off a mistake or ease their anger. They're even cuter when they come from such a young little one, so she's almost always sure to get a positive mood change out of people. She may tend to keep to herself, but she still cares about the emotions of others, and loves to impact everyone in a good way, especially strangers.

Even at such a young age, athleticism comes naturally to Blythe; speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, and dexterity. She's got natural talent, but she always says "it's just good jeans." I don't think she's ever understood the difference between pants and genetics. She enjoys most all activities, she loves to always be moving and playing. Blythe is just a ball of energy, and it's just good for her sometimes to set her loose with a ball. It doesn't matter what she's playing, she always plays hard, learns fast, and keeps her competitive nature.

Blythe has always been bold in nature, with a modest amount of self-confidence in herself. She doesn't listen to what others say or think of her, it doesn't bother her. But she is confident in protecting the feelings of others, and will always do what is right. Her father once told her that she should never fight back when it is about herself, but to always fight for someone else, that is how you fight. She has kept that close to her for her entire young life, and will always keep it with her. That's why she protects her brother with her life, and always will.

Obstinate
I am a bit difficult to be around sometimes. I can be stubborn on a lot of things, and I'm set, but I can also adapt in a conflict situation and don't hold on to an ego. I end up seeing the larger good and adapt to it, provided it benefits me. I may come across as a cold person, but I am extremely sentimental.
This independent little girl has never exactly been one to go with the flow.

Panna Cotta

Lime is a big momma's girl. If she were to get in trouble, Panna Cotta would lend an ear for Lime to plead her case, which Lime noticed; wasn't a trait many adults seemed to have. She loved telling her momma about her day's adventures, the new little friends she found by the river, and everything else!

Uranium
Lime loves the stories Uranium will read to her at night, whether it be about the stars that twinkled at night or the little dinosaur on an adventure, her ears are perked when she hears "Story time!". There was one time when Lime had been chasing after her twin brother and tripped over a stone, where she scraped her paws real bad, and Uranium had fixed her up real quick and easy. That made Lime see her daddy as her hero.

Mirano
Like Mirano, Lime is very curious. Whenever she's playing games with him, like hide and seek, she keeps her eyes closed, to "see" with her other senses, like Mir. If she's lucky sometimes, Lime can sneak a glance or a touch of his "buzzy stone", which she finds extremely entertaining.

Being her only other sister in a family full of boys, Lime is absolutely obsessed with Hailey. Thank goodness Hailey is gentle, because Lime loves combing her claws through Hailey's hair. Lime enjoys talking to her sister about girl things, like quality grooming tips, among other things. Lime always looks up to Hailey, and wants to be just like her when she grows up.

Nocturne
Lime is a bit of a pest when it comes to her brother's things. Lots of times she steals his tape recorder and records herself making farting sounds. She also steals his notepad, but doesn't draw or write in it. Actually just simply admiring the doodles he's drawn on the pages.

Darian
Lime loves playing with her older brother! He's got just as much energy as her and sometimes he carries her on his back! Her favorite thing to do with Darian is climb trees, no matter how tall the tree is, with her brother, Lime can always make it to the top.

Twin Brother
The duo are like two peas in a pod. Of course you would have the typical brother sister fights, but there's nothing better than to push that aside with some good ol' wrestling! Lime is very competitive with her brother, and they many times challenge each other to little competitions. For example, most recently was who could steal the most cookies without getting caught. They ended up taking the whole cookie jar and just split the loot.

Friendly

Lime enjoys the positive company of others and is very approachable. With her buddies, she always lends an ear, or a shoulder.


Impatient

Especially with her twin brother, when Lime dares him to do something, she doesn't take to him wussing out or taking too long to do it. With her, you get it done, and you get it done fast.


Competitive

A trait that seems to go right in hand with being daring with her twin. She always looks for ways for them to compete to see who's better, whether it be who can blow fire the longest, or run the fastest, and eat the quickest.


Insensitive

Definitely a trait that will change as she grows, but Lime is pretty insensitive. She's very blunt with what she says and doesn't really see a way to sugarcoat anything. It's difficult for her to put herself in others shoes, and she can come off as rude many times.


Sharing

Lime definitely enjoys sharing what she's found, learned and everything else, but especially her music. She's not possessive at all and sees things as everyone's things. However, everyone knows to hide the cookies because if she knows where they are, they'll be gone before you know it.


Clever

There's always a way if you put your mind to it when it comes to Lime. If she's determined (or hungry), she can definitely find her way into the cookie jar.

The Cookie Thief


As all good days go, the sun up and shining, the sky dotted with an occasional puff of cloud. Not to mention two sneaky little Jellybean dragons hid under the windowsill of another cheery dragon's house.

Why were these two delinquents there, and not playing in their own yard?
Maybe it was the sweet buttery aroma of soft chocolate chip cookies that had led them here. Either way, the two were not leaving until their taste buds were satisfied and tummies full.

"Hey, Lime!" The blue dragon whispered, "Let's see how many we can get before they catch us!"

The pink girl looked her challenger up and down, "You think you can beat me?"

The dragon's response?: He crawled his way into the window.

"Hey!" Lime whispered angrily, but followed suit, "No head starts!"

In a big huff, the two squirming twins fell with a thump onto the checkered kitchen floor. With mutters and tail whips, the duo raced to find the cookies; and beat the other. Finally, they both came upon the sparkling cookie jar in all it glory.. sitting too high to reach on a shelf.

"So that's it." muttered the blue dragon.

Lime paused for a minute, the gears in her mind slowly clicked into place. "No! I've got it!"

"The cookie jar?"

"No, no, get down so I can step on you."

"What? NO!"

"..So I can reach the cookie jar stupid."

"..cookie jar.. dumb idea.. step on you.."

"Quit your complaining, you want the cookies or not?"

When an indignant huff, Lime's brother crawled into little stepping stool for her to climb on. The jar was still a little too far in the counter for her arms to reach, so Lime did some little jumps to knock it closer, which pushed a groan out of her twin each time. Finally, she knocked it close enough to grab and was about to pull it off the counter when she lost her footing on her brother back and brought her and the cookie jar tumbling down to the floor. With a crash and a crack, the jar broke both of it's handles off and cookies went spilling onto the floor.

"LIME YOU IDIOT!" Her brother yelled, before putting his paws to his face, "Now we're busted!"

"Be quiet! Just help me get these cookies off the floor!"

Together, they furiously stuffed the cookies back into the jar. Lime jumped up to the window first, and her brother pushed the jar up for her to grab when they heard running steps coming closer to the kitchen.

"WHO'S THERE?" A voice yelled.

"Hurry up Lime! Go go go!"

With a jump and a push, the blue dragon shoved himself, Lime, and the cookie jar through the window just as someone barged into the kitchen. They took off like madmen, running as fast as they could with the cookie jar in tow back home. Finally, in the sanctuary of their room, the feasted like kings at last.

As all good days go, the sun up and shining, the sky dotted with an occasional puff of cloud. And an agitated knock on the door?

From their room, the two could only hear bits and pieces.

"Broke into my house..."

"Sorry about that!" Panna Cotta's voice replied.

"Cookie jar handles... mess on floor!"

"Please excuse them."

There was a knock on their door and Panna Cotta's disappointed head poked through. She curiously eyed the broken cookie jar stuffed into the corner of their room.

"No dessert for you two tonight, and... you've got some cleaning to do."

Ｔｒｏｕｂｌｅｍａｋｅｒ-
Tron tends to get himself into trouble, he doesn't really mean to do so, it just sort of happens when he lets things like his emotions, or his curiousity get a good hold of him. Trouble just seems to follow him wherever he goes, and he cannot seem to help it.



Ｃｕｒｉｏｕｓ-
Curiosity is an urge that Tron has to act upon. He just about goes insane with curiosity sometimes. He cannot simply 'sit still' if there's something he wants to know about, and it's taking to long to find out. He just has the need to know things. If something looks interesting, he must investigate. If he hears about something that sounds cool, he'll be the first one on google trying to solve the mystery of what is going on with it.

Ｅｍｏｔｉｏｎａｌｌｙ ｄｒｉｖｅｎ-
Tron seems to be more driven by motivation then by logic. If something pulls at his heart, he will be more likely to try to fix it, then accept it. This also applies to when someone angers him/hurts him emotionally. Revenge would be a serious problem caused by this fact of emotion over logic. He feels the need to get even, and when something puts him into emotions, he generally focuses on that one topic alone.

Ｆａｍｉｌｙ ｆｉｒｓｔ-
Though Tron loves his friends, but he strongly believes in making sure his siblings, and his parents are ok before his friends are. If his family isn't feeling okay, he would much rather not have a playdate, and make sure everyone feels better. He see's himself as like, a future care-giver of his family, and he feels it's never to early to start. After all, he very strongly does not believe in "you will understand when you're older".

Ａｎｎｏｙｉｎｇ-
Oh my, even though he has a few good traits about him, Tron is fateally annoying. He's a child, so hopes are that he can grow out of it, but this little cutie can make you go insane. He talks a /lot/. When he tells his family about how his day was, he makes sure to tell them the color of the walls if you know what I mean. Just, details, details, details. The poor thing doesn't understand how to tell a story without details. It's as if you might as well have been there, for it would be faster!! He feels as if a story will get told wrong, and wont be the same if he leaves out to many details. This little one also finds himself doing that thing, where if someone says something funny, he repeats it as he laughs. Many others probably do it without realizing, but the poor baby only realizes it afterwards and then feels kinda bad, but not bad enough to not do it the next time! Oh, and he's also a huge fan of the wonderful question "WHY?"

"Pway-dough!! Oh my I love m-my pway-dough! I Think Pway-dough is really fun because it is really -breath-fun to s-s-sq-squi-squish and to sqaush"

Tron really likes his play-dough. Every child has that one toy that they really enjoy more than others. Tron has picked play-dough. He thinks making little tiny sculptures with a squishy substance is fun. He has an abundance of blue and pink play-dough though, as he loves to try to make cute little scenes with him and his sister. He likes to think that building things with play-dough, fixes things in real life. I guess you could almost say it's what he not only plays with when he's happy, it's what he plays with when he's sad too. For Tron, unlike most young boys, he'd rather play with play-dough over dinosaurs and cars any day.

ＴＨＥ ＳＴＯＲＹ ＯＦ ＴＨＥ ＢＲＯＫＥＮ ＶＡＳＥ

One mothers day, Tron made a little sculpture of his mom for her. He was really, really hoping she would love it, as he spent about 2 hours, and all kinds of love on it. On his way to go wake her up and give it to her along with his card that read "DeaR Mommie. I ReaLLy hoPe you LIke It. I Luv you.", he tripped, and knocked a vase of a table, and it broke on the ground. He was very scared, and very upset that he'd broken his mommy's vase. He thought that she would hate him and his gift forever. So he ran to his room, and cried for a little while. He was hit with an idea though, in the middle of his tear fest. He grabbed his play-dough box, and pulled out one color that was not at all the same color as the vase, but he thought it was close, so it calmed him down a little bit. He then proceeded to make a vase, and trying to make it look as much as the old one that his memory would allow. After his finished, him and his puffy red eyes walked out to see his mother quietly sweeping up the mess of glass on the floor. Immediately his eyes began to water with guilt, and he walked up to her and handed her her presents, and the vase, and then walked away crying. She came into his room after reading the little card, and looking at the sculptures. She told him she loved his gifts, and that the glass was just an accident and it was all fine. To which he replied with "does the vase I made -sniff- look good enough to fix the one that I bwoke?" His mommy told him yes, and they put it on the table the old vase belonged too, together.
