JBD name- Lucia. The name Lucia means "light". She is named after Sankta Lucia, a Saint and Christian Martyr. There is a celebration celebrated by the Swedish people, which means me, in where girls dress up as the saint and sing. They have crowns made of candles and hold candles as they sing. It is celebrated during the shortest day of the year, to bring light into the dark days.
