fable name: Caltha
theme song: horseradish - small fools
why?:
the jaunty, folksy vibe of the song along with the embittered undertones to some of the lyrics fit both her bright appearance and the character thought I had for her ^^ I envision her as someone who despite enjoying her work can feel disillusioned at the smallness of her life- no grand scale change ever came, and she’s not sure how she would begin to make it now.

fable name: Sappho
theme song:
ICARUS - tony annwhy?: this song always reminds me of that first moment of each spring when you’re finally feeling the heat come back into the sun and the world coming alive again after hibernating all winter - her bright colours, especially the splotches of green mixed with the pink, and the little leafy shapes in her mane and tail gave me the idea of her being a sort of “bringer of spring”, the guardian who wakes the earth from its winter slumber each year c’:

fable name: Lilija
theme song: Pink Pony Club - Chappell Roan (Bardcore Cover by Hildegard von Blingin')
why?: I mean just look at her! It's a song that is, to my ear, rich in longing and joy, which I feel fits the sort of wistful look in her eye, as if she wants to be happy, and perhaps move into the city while she's at it? She seems like the kind of fable that's got a lot of hopes/plans! It's also a song that's very much a dance pop-y song that matches her tousled mane and tail, bright markings, and glittery dapples; she looks like she's been dancing!editing to fix typos and to switch song to the bardcore cover to match the more medieval-ish world I write my fables in!

fable name: Samantha
theme song: Stick Together by Elijah N. (more specifically,
this particular nightcore version)
why?: Samantha AKA 'Smanta' is particularly bubbly and always wants to make sure that her loved ones know that she will always be there for them, through thick and thin! Whenever someone she cares about is feeling down, she starts blasting this song and dancing around them until she gets a smile or laugh out of them or, even better, gets them to join in!
psst, you forgot to add the end date ^^' <3

fable name: Urara
theme song:
Tsurezure Monochromewhy?: the song is the opening to an anime based on the coast, and that is very involved with the sea! it reminded me of this kid, as they look like a fable that belongs with seaweed and the ocean!
