Story:
Yellow Ribbon

Jane wore a yellow ribbon around her neck everyday. And I mean everyday, rain or shine, whether it matched her outfit or not. It annoyed her best friend Johnny after awhile. He was her next door neighbor and had known Jane since she was three. When he was young, he had barely noticed the yellow ribbon, but now they were in high school together, it bothered him.
“Why do you wear that yellow ribbon around your neck, Jane?” he’d ask her every day. But she wouldn’t tell him.
Still, in spite of this aggravation, Johnny thought she was cute. He asked her to the soda shoppe for an ice cream sundae. Then he asked her to watch him play in the football game. Then he started seeing her home. And come the spring, he asked her to the dance. Jane always said yes when he asked her out. And she always wore a yellow dress to match the ribbon around her neck.
It finally occurred to Johnny that he and Jane were going steady, and he still didn’t know why she wore the yellow ribbon around her neck. So he asked her about it yet again, and yet again she did not tell him. “Maybe someday I’ll tell you about it,” she’d reply. Someday! That answer annoyed Johnny, but he shrugged it off, because Jane was so cute and fun to be with.
Well, time flew past, as it has a habit of doing, and one day Johnny proposed to Jane and was accepted. They planned a big wedding, and Jane hinted that she might tell him about the yellow ribbon around her neck on their wedding day. But somehow, what with the preparations and his beautiful bride, and the lovely reception, Johnny never got around to asking Jane about it. And when he did remember, she got a bit teary-eyed, and said: “We are so happy together, what difference does it make?” And Johnny decided she was right.
Johnny and Jane raised a family of four. When their golden anniversary rolled around, Johnny once again asked Jane about the yellow ribbon around her neck. It was the first time he’d brought it up since the week after their wedding. Whenever their children asked him about it, he’d always hushed them, and somehow none of the kids had dared ask their mother. Jane gave Johnny as sad look and said: “Johnny, you’ve waited this long. You can wait awhile longer.”
And Johnny agreed. It was not until Jane was on her death bed a year later that Johnny, seeing his last chance slip away, asked Jane one final time about the yellow ribbon she wore around her neck. She shook her head a bit at his persistence, and then said with a sad smile: “Okay Johnny, you can go ahead and untie it.”
With shaking hands, Johnny fumbled for the knot and untied the yellow ribbon around his wife’s neck.
And Jane’s head fell off.

Name: Avalon
Story:
Beautiful and vibrant, chants of people singing, red dresses and well polished shoes dancing to and fro, the moon, the bright full moon shining down. Life filled the air. A joyous night it was. Avalon could remember well the cobble path that he walked down after, lanterns lighting each side hung on trees so high they seemed to touch the sky. The indistinct laughter of a child or perhaps a bird rang out into the night.

The pathway lead to a big tree filled with black flower blossoms, a wondrous but haunting sight the strange coloured flower would insight in you. Avalon rested under the tree against the aged trunk and like that would watch as time flashed by. Fresh cold air would rush past his face, he would blissfully smile as he watched the wind pick up the black petals that had fallen. Twisting and turning they would go higher and higher until they seemed to disappear into the moon.

The noise of singing became louder as those from the village made their way up the cobblestone path. He would watch as their figures became more distinct between the branches of the trees, the light from their lanterns leaving a warm glow on the path. And once they reached the tree where he lay against their dancing began, like a flurry of flowers in the wind they twisted and turned between themselves.

You could see it clearly now, the glaring bones that shimmered in the moonlight. Hollow skulls illuminated by the glow of the lanterns, red clothes covering their empty bones. A chatter, a clack, a twist of limbs with no cover dancing in the night. Yet Avalon appeared all to calm at the sight. Not a flinch or twist as the overlapping memories of past and present lay on their skeletal remains. After all, he grinned, looking down at his own bony hands, he was just the same.

Cursed for the moonlit dance. A village had committed a grievous crime, sacrifices, kidnapped and stolen from other villages, forced to dance in sacred robes of white under the full moon. Dance and dance, round and round till they would meet their last breath with robes or red, dancing under the moon. Their pain, their anguish, their hatred bottled up, until the tap could no longer contain the flood. So they came back, back to dance in red on the moonlit night, waiting for the villagers.

Then he heard it, the grumbles of the villagers, the cries of the next sacrifice, all in the distance of the trees. Closer and closer. The dance became more vigorous, beastly, deadly, their ivory grins grew and red clothes fluttered. A chant rained out between the lips of bone and the moonlight became blinding. They were waiting, watching, dancing in a flurry of black petals. Silence. Then the screams rang out.

"So scary", the child whispered looking up at Avalon, "I know right, the villagers were truly frightening", he smiled with a skeletal grin.

Blair looked into the camera with a grin, sharing stories for halloween had been a tradition of their friend group, and despite the distance, they had still managed to swing it this year too. The clock read 11:45 which meant his would be the last for the night.

"Send us home Blair." Bader grinned, the words echoing in his headset.

"The 4th Dimension... Have you ever felt watched or seen something that doesn't seem quite right? Maybe even had a bout of deja vu? That is the 4th Dimension slipping through to our world, the 3rd Dimension. However, our brains can't quite process it, we can deal with the second and first, but we can't even begin to process the fourth. All we know is we should be afraid. We know fear and we know that sometimes a person looks too perfect, why are we afraid of a too perfect person? Because theyre not supposed to be here and if theyre here, what are they here for?" He beamed, watching the faces of his friends pale slightly.

"They're here, always watching, whatever they are. We never are truely alone. They glitch into our system and we should be scared."

"I'm about to tell you a story that happened on a night similar to tonight, although most think it's hearsay, I'm here to tell you that it's true...."

"It all happened on a dark and stormy night.
Just down an old dirt road sat a large and forgotten house, and with every thunder strike, left a lingering echo of crackling to fill its empty halls.
And every noise that came from the old building settling in its place was enough to make anyone feel as though they were never truly alone. This place was home to one young boy, who was known to never leave its walls, that was until this particular night, when he just had to leave... He just had to go out, as he was in need of something special. So after a frightful and horrible trek down the mud covered dirt road, and after a quick stop at a small building he finally had it!

Walking out once more into the cold, the boy clutched the package as he tried to steady his heart to erase his presence before journeying back down that dirt road, but it was too late... They found him! In an instant he rushed as fast as he could, heart racing, skin clammy. Shadows moved across the ground, and the trees seemed to grow in size before arching over in attempt to block his path.
But right before the shadows of the trees could grab him with their long wooden fingers and swallow him whole, he was just able to make it through the door, losing only a couple strands of fur from his tail. Finally he was safe, the nightmare was over... And with every echoing step he made his way to the old rusted oven were he pulled out the very thing he journeyed into the night of terror for, the very thing he almost lost his life for: a box of pizza rolls!!

But just as he was about to prep the oven, the most horrible of sounds occurred, the power went out!! Due to the storm there was no power, therefore there could be no pizza... The boy cried out with a bellowing howl before dropping to his knees...
And after that night he was never seen again. All that was left was a defrosted box of pizza rolls.

And, it's been said that his spirit is still roaming, forever on the search for the pizza rolls he never got to have. Leaving the very smell of pizza in his wake,
That is why it is recommended that on nights like tonight you should avoid eating any yourself, for if he finds you enjoying what he never could, he might just take you instead."

The two kits who sat before Adam trembled with every fiber as they clung desperately to one another in fright, but suddenly one of them slowly lifted their head in alarm, and gave the air a small sniff.
"Wait... W-why do I smell pizza?"
