Prompt: To be completely honest my fiancée has always been the cook- 😂
However the one and only spice I know that we use is paprika! My mum always used it on cauliflower cheese/macaroni cheese, aka my favourite homemade meal she'd make for me every birthday, and whenever my fiancée adds it it always make the food taste like home <3

Prompt: Japanese Furikake
There are so many different kinds of Furikake. I love adding them to the top of rice. They make for great sushi rice to pack and bring for lunch. It’s easy to find and since there is such a vast variety offered, there’s definitely a Furikake out there that will suit your taste.
Personally, this is how I use it.
Cook some Japanese short grain rice.
Add some rice vinegar and salt while it’s still hot (I eye ball it)
Throw in about half a packet of Furikake, sesame oil and seaweed if you’d like.
Mix them all and voila. Easy to make and still pretty good in the end.
It can be eaten hot or cold.
