prompt: Selia is all about self care. Once they wake up, they place a pot of tea on and start up some scones for breakfast. Reading the next chapter or two of their book while they eat, they then take a shower. Her shower routine is to always rinse and condition, and lightly blow dry it all while combing it for that extra bounce! Then it is time to get dressed and ready for work. Sneaking out a nice scone for a snack, she then leaves. As a marine biologist she gets worn out so by night she readies her evening chamomile tea, cooks up supper, and relaxes to a good movie. After that she tucks herself into bed, and watches videos on her phone until she falls asleep.
