hummingbirds, despite their small size, can be surprisingly fierce fighters - much like Cadwin. Though he might not look it, he does enjoy engaging in the occasional sparring session, to prove his capabilities and for the pure fun of it both.

Hummingbirds are also very high energy, and their non-stop flitting about ties into Cadwin's tendency to overwork himself.

Its two tails also stand for duality: Cadwin is outwardly very confident and even cocky, constantly making sure that everyone around him knows how talented he is, while secretly harbouring quite a bit of insecurity.

The border around the symbol , being a circle, stands for eternity and timelessness, as well as perfection. In Cadwin's case, this symbolizes his magic, which has been in his family for generations - the high pressure this heritage puts on him has turned him into a bit of a perfectionist.

Mushrooms recycle dead matter to create new nutrient rich and fertile soil for new things to grow. Old becomes new, almost like a rebirth or transformation, dead matter is recycled and from that life grows. This is very true to Chaos who had died many times and been reborn just as many, from death a new life grows. He was stuck in a perpetual state of dark and light, somewhere in between life and death. There are many complex relationships connected with mushrooms with many creatures of the world, living and not. They hold strong relationships with animals and plants and the homes where they live, helping with maintaining biodiversity of habitats. This was the same for Chaos too. He held many complex relationships with many different beings, acting as a bridge between the living and the dead, he was needed to maintain this status quo because without him the world would come crumbling down. Both mushrooms and him were needed for everything, the world cannot live without them. This is why Chaos's symbol is a mushroom, they are both complex creatures which are still yet to be fully understood.

explanation: So their name is Carder which was inspired by the Shrill Carder Bumblebee. This species of bumblebee is paler and I thought it would go very nicely with this character design ( also the black drips reminded me of maybe a more sinister honey, but honey nonetheless). For the design it’s a combo of the Shrill Carder Bumblebee and the drip like designs. They’d probably work with bees and LOVE honey, so I think it’d be funny to have the symbol as a warning that they are probably sticky. Bees are also very fragile creatures considering how many people fear them, so I think that this character’s personality could be formed around that. Also, yes bees are fragile, but they are NOT afraid to sting. (125 words)

He begged for food to different animals... and there was the rabbit, who decided to heroically save the starving old man, making a selfless effort. The old man turned out to be the Jade Emperor himself. Touched deeply by the rabbit's selfless sacrifice, he sent it to the skies, the moon to become the immortal Moon Rabbit.

What does it have in common with Sonne?

The truth be told, Sonne, since childhood, was a kind kalon, always helping others in need, with either a kind word or selfless, gentle gestures. When she grew up, she became a volunteer, searching for those who went astray, like a runaway train, and always succeding in bringing them to safety, no matter the cost, going to shelters, telling tales to kids and giving toys... Or even giving food, mantiments and warm clothing to homeless people. When nobody in the world cares, she does care for others. That's why she chose her symbol as the moon rabbit. Because she has altruistic goals to make this grey world a much more happier place for everyone, no matter who they are.

explanation: I thought a Rorschach inkblot would be a fun symbol ^^

As a knight, Felix already bears the crest of his kingdom, but as a personal representation of the kalon himself, Felix would choose the ink-blotted letter of encouragement left behind by his late mother. The words long since lost to an unfortunate spill, Felix likes to believe that the images that appear to him now are his mother’s way of reminding him that he’s as fierce as a lion, as brave as a bear and as quick as a hare. Discovering something new within the symbol always gives the kalon the small, necessary boost he needs before getting on with his morning routines and starting the day.
