Waiting on a Ghost - Left at London
I feel like this song is a good example of Quix's relationship with their own feelings, and how they perceive love- the love they receive and the love that they give. How they give so much of themselves to the ones that they love, and try their best even if it exhausts them and they never feel like they're appreciated for everything that they do. As they do with most things in their life, they give it all that they can right up until they've completely exhausted themselves and their resources, and yet they still won't let it go.

when sora was little, she was told how if she met the one she loved, her heart would race and her chest would feel warm and funny inside. but all sora ever felt were little shivers and nervous butterflies. she supposes that maybe it has something to do with her anticipation and overthinking most of the time. so whenever she sees them, she's always reminded of this song, it seems to play in the background every time.
    how fitting.

looking at this goob reminds me of a deer alone in a forest at night, which in my head is very serene like the beginning of the song and after the chorus; it sounds very peaceful without focus on the lyrics. the lyrics are almost tragic, like the thoughts are plaguing them due to something they've done to someone else. according to the lead singer, it's about the worst panic attack he's ever had. this goob has dim colors to them but are still vibrant enough to be a bit louder than serene to me, and the song picks up at the chorus as well.

tl;dr: I like to think this goob is running from their past, and the forest is where they end up. they're alone at night and let their thoughts get the better of them until they see nothing but the words behind their eyelids repeating over and over.

congrats! i liked your reasoning. c:
