Tix looked around the large, paper-strewn room. Potions, vials, and supplies littered the ground and tables. Some might call his potion-making and obsession, but the truth was he needed it to live.
Tix couldn't remember when it started. He couldn't remember a lot of things, but he did know how painful it was. There were sharp pains everywhere, and he was losing memories. Mostly small things, like where he put a book, but it turned into bigger things. He had large gaps, like what he did last winter. The pains were getting worse, and he tried everything. Finally, he found a potion, and it worked.
His potion needed to live slowly increased in power. Over time, he needed the potion more frequently, and needed larger doses, along with more powerful ingredients. His brewing to live turned into the only thing he could do, having lost most of his memories.

Prompt - Wicky believes potions are just modern day medicine, but has approximately 0 idea how his potions work on anyone. Have a cold? Here, take this cold potion he brewed up. Oh you're frozen solid? Can't be HIS potion, that's not what potions are for! Oh, you have a migraine? Have some head relieving potion! Oh my god your HEAD is missing?! Well, it's not his potion that could have done that, but at least you don't have a migraine anymore, do you?
He under estimates the abilities his accidental potions have. "There's no such thing as any other magical potion, potions only exist as medicine! I swear NONE of these so-called accidents have been MY fault!" He is completely oblivious to any and all possibilities that his potions could ACTUALLY be more magical than just advanced medicine.
One time he cured a town of pneumonia... with a potion that caused everyone to grow an extra arm... that was also a sword. Another time he helped a woman with her nausea... by making her sneeze bubbles instead. He once cured an old man's balding problem... that worked at least, the man grew hair!... all over his body.
What? It's all medicine I tell you!!!

'A huge mistake', that's what San thinks about potions. Potions were wonderful; they could cure illnesses, give people supernatural powers, even allowing some to transcend time and space. But not all potions were good and San knew this all too well. He despised potions since they were what got him into this mess. It all started with an ancient recipe he found, he made it with no clue what its purpose was… he found out rather quickly.

A love potion and it just so happened his most hated person drank it, now he was stuck with the person he hated most following him around professing his love. Truly potions were such horrid things, how was he supposed to know someone was crazy enough to invent a love potion. To think that a potion would be made for such a reason, more than despising the potion he despises the one who made it.

Spitting out some rather uncouth words he looked at the person in front of him trying to propose. He gave them a good kick before running away back to his laboratory. He had to make a reverse potion and fast he can't have his enemy in love with him. Unfortunately this was easier said than done, designing a new potion was a very hard job. Looking out the window at the lovey dovey eyes of his worst enemy he gave a sigh… potions were truly detestable.

It burned, you thought you would be used to it now but the sun always scorched your skin. Hoarfrost said they would be able to fix it for you. They talked of these wonderful concoctions, how they would make the rain and frost come, how they could heal all wounds. You didn’t know if they were actually real, but when Hoarfrost spoke you believed them.

You often wondered where they found out about these ‘potions’, they hadn’t mentioned it till the rain was long gone. Most of the potions needed the rain. Sometimes it felt like a fool’s quest, something to keep you both busy while you waited for the rain to return.

You were fine with that. You just liked spending time with Hoarfrost.

Prompt - As far as real potions go, he finds them cool. Though you could say he's a bit involved with potion making himself, it's not in the way you might think! He runs a DnD inspired restaurant with a friend that's set up just the way you'd imagine an old bar/inn to be décor wise. Old wooden tables, a rustic feel. Toxic works as the bartender and has dubbed himself the potion maker due to the theme surrounding their drinks! Fun and colorful, their drinks are always bright and eye catching. Instead of normal glasses one might find at a bar, they instead make use of bottles one might expect a potion to be in. Beakers, small test tubes, rounded bottles! Toxic enjoys bringing an extra inversive feel to the restaurant.
