prompt answer:

The most beautiful place Souka ever visited was the island of Ishta. It is typically a very hot climate, full of date palm trees, cacti, and blue lotuses in every still water. However while Souka was visiting, there was a rare winter storm. The sand, the trees, absolutely everything was covered in a fine dusty powdering of snow. She ran through piles that came up to her chest, tracing wavy lines across the fields and beaches through the wake that trailed behind her.

The inhabitants had their heads tilted toward the sky, in awe and in wonder. They rarely ever saw snow, let alone a small blizzard like this one! The waves crashed on a shore that was pristine and far chillier than the usual temperate hideaway favored by visitors.

Souka and her friends ran as fast as their legs could carry them, dodging snowballs and hosting snowman-building competitions for the rest of the day.
