Water Fact: Chimelong Ocean Kingdom is an aquarium in China and is the largest aquarium in the world, containing about 12.87 MILLION gallons of water for their fishy frens!
How much water have you had in the last 24 hours?
I would say about the recommended daily amount? I’ve actually been keeping better track and trying to drink more due to some health related issues:)

Water Fact: Aaa its interesting to me but not unknown? Basically the higher the pH your water is, the better it is for you. Low pH means a high acidity level, which - adding to your stomach acid - you can imagine isn't too great. A higher pH means it's more alkaline. Adding alkaline to an acid neutralises it, so drinking a higher pH water is basically better for you ^^ It can help if you have acid reflux too (which I used to get a lot), it'll help it happen less frequently ^^
How much water have you had in the last 24 hours? Ooh, about 1500ml which isn't great at all >.<

Water Fact: It takes about .26 liters of water to successfully irrigate one calorie of food.. however when water is used inefficiently, it takes a full 26 liters to do that task. Hydrate y’all.
How much water have you had in the last 24 hours? Around 10 bottles I believe! Some of it I heated up to make tea though 😂

Water Fact: Refilling a half-liter water bottle 1,740 times with tap water is the equivalent cost of a 99 cent water bottle at a convenience store.
How much water have you had in the last 24 hours?
Since I worked outside all day yesterday I think I had like 4 or 5 regular water bottles, then some tap water when I got home then one more large bottle before bed. Today a bottle or two, it wasn’t as hot and pretty cloudy.
