he heals by licking his wounds. instead of magic his gel like saliva heals wounds almost instantly, however scars never heal, just what was damaged underneath the skin. if wound is too big, his bloodcells heal from the inside out, which takes longer and and is much nore draining, rather than just licking small cuts ,,,
since the healing property is mainly in his saliva he can lick other animals to heal them, and can heal/liven up plants too :>

How do they heal?: While growing up Jackson, Chunk, was pushed to fit into a strong masculine role. Everyone wanted him to be the big tuff guy ready to defend and protect those close to him, but that just wasn't who he was. He hid what he hid his interest from the very moment he got his paws on the Fruit Baskets manga series. If the ones around him knew then they would make fun of him and judge him for his dorky behavior and fanboying over the flamboyant guys. He wanted to be like them. Later in his life, he learned to be who he really was to those around him. At first, he was scare of people judging, but they really didn't care. It was just an internal struggle that Jackson had with himself. Because his love for Fruit Baskets was so internalized for years it became his way of healing his wounds. It's a reminder for him to be himself, he can be flamboyant and also be a bulldozer. Anytime he gets hurt, he curls on a couch and begins to read the series for the millionth time, by now he's able to recite it without even looking at the pages.

They eat a lot of steak! Any meat really. It really just gives him a good ol boost. This also means he's really good at BBQ.. the whole forest comes over whenever he whips out the grill!

What do you think how wounds heal? They heal, like they heal.
Slowly, trough time and a working body.
The thought of magic, which enables you to become whole again in a matter of seconds, or at least in a very short time, is nice - but the world is sometimes not as beautiful as you might wish.
Rhak knows that too, but he is ready to bear the consequences for his actions.
Every risk requires its stake and either you cash in or you have to learn to live with the consequences ...
and Rhak's wounds are sometimes the consequences he has to live with.

How do they heal?: he heals using a mixture of herbs and the water in its body. hes been into herbology for a long time, as long as he can remember, and has found just the right blend to put on his injuries that helps them heal quicker. sometimes the cuts are too deep to prevent scaring but most of the scars have been reduced in pigment because of this blend, and are very hard to see.

how do they heal?: he lets time be his nurse. the process of healing, be it emotional or physical, it takes time. omar trusts in this and is in no haste to get back into action, he uses his injuries as excuses to take some time for himself.

How do they heal?: he heals through the use of metal. it may sound a bit unconventional, but it's the truth. he is unable to heal if he does not eat metal, which is really inconvenient if he is away from civilization. because of this, he tends to carry little nails and screws and the like with him so that if he does get hurt, he can swallow a nail and heal himself. it can be a bit weird to realize that he is able to eat metal, but the truth is that instead of crunching into metal, he swallows it. these small pieces of metal, combined with his stomach acids, turn into a miraculous healing process that heals him exceptionally quickly and well. however, without metal, he would not be able to heal at all, not even by natural healing processes, so he does his best to keep out of harm's way.
