Prompt: Twistedgaze hasn't always been the luckiest of cats, but he finds comfort in an old tuft of fur that he always manages to keep with him. This tuft isn't his fur, no. But instead, it is the only remaining thing of his old mate before she got struck by a monster on a thunderpath, leaving him way too soon. He likes to keep the tuft in memory of her and when he feels unsure of what to do, he will hold onto the tuft and pray to her, asking what she thinks what he should do.
"Please, tell me what I should do." He would always whisper while holding the tuft of fur in his front paws.
He knows that she never answers back, but it is something that comforts him and makes him feel as if the choices he makes are the right ones. He knows that some don't believe that it is lucky and may even think that it's a weird thing to keep, but it means everything to him and always will.
He will always be thankful to his mate for providing him with the luck that she provides him. (193 words)
