It’s hard for Flora to pick just one flower as her favorite since she works with so many while making flower crowns. If she had to choose, it would be the one that takes her way back to her innocent childhood days where she lived without a care in the world. It seems rather cliché, but that flower is the rose. An orange and yellow rose to be exact.

The sweet and floral scent reminds her of her days as a kit, as she was born in the spring and her mother would bring to her the most beautiful rose petals. The oranges and yellows burned with the light of the setting sun. The sweet aroma would always lull her to sleep each night, snuggled safely and warm to her mother’s side. Those petals inspired her to go out and explore the land around that tiny burrow.

Today, Flora relates very well to the rose. She is beautiful, and many others want to grow close, yet her personality is a bit harsh and reckless like the prickly thorns that barracade the fragile flower that is her heart. She’s not quick to fully trust others; always hesitant to expose her vulnerable side. She lives by the quote, “Take caution while picking flowers for every rose has its thorns”
