What is/are their condiment(s) of choice? Pickle relish and diced onions all the way. Chopped onions gives any hot dog a satisfying crunch, but the pickle relish is his favorite. Pickle relish can be made with sweet pickles, which melds well with the onion flavor, or with dill which makes the savory hot dog pop!
Either of these can be good on their own, of course. Just some onion with a hot dog, although less common as a condiment for him or anyone, still tastes great to him. Not too much on its own though, because it becomes overpowering and at that rate he may as well eat an onion by itself- what a sin to do to a hot dog. Pickle relish, too, is good on its own, especially since most hot dog stands and restaurants don’t offer onions. (134/150)

For her dogs, Sonia prefered not too much.
Ketchup, although way too much, and some potato chips. She just had to break them and place them on top, hoping they wouldn't fall off.
Simple enough, but everytime she bit onto a hot dog and it made a crunching noise while spilling chips and ketchup everywhere, some people threw her odd looks.

What is/are their condiment(s) of choice? There are two choices here... first: Tartar sauce. And not only for the comedic value! Who doesn’t think of the old spongebob episodes when you hear it? But also, that creamy white goodness with the flecks of extra flavor throughout. What isn’t to love?
But even better than that is my “Special Sauce.” A swirl of red and white, interspersed with black flecks. The whole mixture looking almost like marble until you mix it all the way... delicious! It’s a mix of ranch and ketchup, and the tang of cool versus warm flavors make a perfectly delicious side that compliments nearly any savory dish. Really, there are few things better than that!

You walk up to the horribly sunburnt young adult, wincing a bit at even the thought of it. As they notice you, they carelessly roll over on the sand. You can’t stop a flinch as you imagine how the sand rubbing on burnt skin feels, imagining something equally horrific, like getting lemon juice in a fresh paper-cut. Yet as you watch the other one, you notice they don’t even seem remotely bothered as they bounce to their feet with a slight grin. You wonder how that’s even possible... so you decide to ask.
“Oh, this?” says the other, gesturing to their entire self. “Pain? No, I don’t feel it at all!”
They must’ve noticed your confused and disbelieving face, for they immediately gave a sweet laugh.
“You look cute with your nose all scrunched up like that,” they comment absently before grinning and continuing. “I suppose I phrased that wrong. I feel pain- of course I do. I just... don’t react, I suppose? I trained myself not to, and it helps that I have always been someone who healed a lot faster than normal. Really, injuries don’t stay with me for very long... and when it comes to sunburns, id rather have the warmth than not feel it at all. It doesn’t bother me. Pain is really quite easy to ignore after all this time, you’d be amazed what the mind can do!”
At this point, the other trails off a bit. They reach up and sheepishly rub the back of their neck. You imagine that if their face weren’t already so red, they’d be blushing.
“I’m sorry, I tend to get a bit excited about those sorts of things. I trained really hard to get to the point where I could keep my mind like that! But... well, I’ve been a bit rude. I apologize. I see that everyone else is leaving.. why don’t we start over?”
“I’m Phoenix,” they say with an absolutely blinding smile, reaching out with a hand extended in an open invitation for a handshake as you introduce yourself to them. “I’m so glad I got a chance to meet you! Maybe we could be friends?”

Her eyes light up, and you're slightly taken aback by the excitement in her voice. You were just making conversation, but now you're wondering if this question was a mistake.

"I love it on everything," she continues. "Pizza, hot dogs, wedges, waffles-"

Waffles?

"I've even taken my own into Subway before so they can put it on. And yes, I know they have regular avocado too, but don't worry, I get that as well."

You weren't worried, but…okay.

"I just love the flavor," she gushes. "It's subtle but it really adds to the dish. It takes it to another level, y'know? Elevates it. I've put it on ice cream before, too. Delicious."

You're not sure why this girl likes avocado dressing so much, and to be honest, you're a little afraid to ask. Perhaps it would be best to just change the subject…

'Quirky but lovable' is probably the best way to describe Reagan.

She certainly isn't a stranger to the bizarre and 'out there' side of the food world. Ever since she was a child, she's had an odd fascination with combining different foods and their flavors. Tomato sauce and watermelon, marmite and cheese, vanilla ice cream and soy sauce; far too many experiments to count.

Were there any fails? Yes. A lot. There were many screwed up faces, sprints to the bathroom, and bottles of water guzzled.

But there were a few unexpectedly brilliant results, and those were the ones she wanted to share with the world.

Her passion for surprising food combinations led to her having her own stall at the local fairgrounds. The visitors, while at first wary of her 'different' creations, soon warmed up to the ideas. It was hard not to try them, really, when she was obviously so excited about them.

Deep fried peanut butter covered pickles. Chocolate and cheese mini pizzas. Banana and Oreo stuffed toasties. Dessert cups of strawberries, sour cream, and brown sugar. The five cheese jalapeno hot dog.

But she was best well known for her Loaded Dessert Fries. The dish consisted of; waffle fries, marshmallow fluff, chocolate fudge sauce, and a sweet and sour honey maple syrup. It was sweet, salty, soft, and crisp all in one. It's described as, in her own words, 'the upgraded version of dipping your fries in a sundae'.

Which, of course, she is still known to do.

What are their condiments of choice? Salt and mayo are Eve's go to. He enjoys crunchy food as much as he enjoys eating hot dogs and the like, which is what the salt provides. Note, this means there's a lot of salt. Don't ask if you see him going ham on the salt shaker in a public area, please! The mayo just tastes good, there's no 'deep' explanation for it. Sometimes coconut shavings are added, but that's only at family gatherings because where can you get coconut shavings in a restaurant? It's also an .. acquired taste and Eve would rather not be judged for it.

Coconut shavings? On a hot dog?! Why?

Basically, his sisters wanted to prank him on his birthday. Since it was more of a BBQ party, there were hot dogs and burgers; and with those come condiments. His sisters had borrowed coconut shavings from one of their friends to put onto his food when he wasn't looking; but it backfired horrendously.

Eve, instead of being grossed out or reacting to the white flakes on his hot dog, took a mouthful of his food. He almost immediately knew what was wrong (come on, this brings out your Sibling Instincts TM) and scanned the backyard for his sisters. The two were basically across from him on the other side, safe from any reactions he may have done, watching in barely hidden disgust. He maintained eye contact with them as he finished the whole thing and went on like nothing happened.

Yup. Good ol' siblings to make you discover something new.
