While Quinn loves to watch horror movies with his boyfriend, Evander, cause he likes to curl up with him as he gets spooked his, surprisingly, favorite movie to watch with together is Studio Ghiblis 'Kiki's Delivery Service'! He loves it so much cause it holds a special place in his heart, he has always loved the movie since when he first saw it as a child but he finds it special to them as a couple because it was the first movie they saw together. Quinn was working an afternoon shift at the small local theater he works at when Evander and a group of his friends came in, Quinn was interested in him immediately but was too nervous to say anything to him. Quinn's coworkers noticed and started teasing him about it before daring him to ask him out after the movie, unfortunately, he ended up missing him as he left. However, luckily for Quinn and his nerves, Evander returned the next day, this time alone, and was the one to ask Quinn out on a date, Quinn happily accepted and the next day on his day off they returned to the theater to see Kiki's Delivery Service as they had a Studio Ghibli marathon going. Ever since then they always try to make time to go see it when it pops up in the theater but they also sometimes watch it at home when they're in the mood for it or it's their anniversary. {246/500}

Lucas loves to make a giant macaroni casserole and eat it with his partner, all curled up on the couch, watching Star Trek or Star Wars, depending on who wins the coin flip that night. Pasta is real comfort food for both of them, and they do this a lot, particularly in winter. His partner is non-binary and hasn’t been able to live at home for many years, as their family kicked them out after they were outed. Lucas loves to cook for them because they were alone for so long and had to do everything by themself. It makes him feel very warm inside when his partner says the food he makes is good.

She smoothed out her dress with shaking hands, tear streaks beginning to dry. She sighed at her reflection, turning away as another sob choked in her throat. Bendi stepped from the bathroom, looking up cautiously into her girlfriend's eyes. Bendi was swept into a hug as she began to cry, hands wringing into the other girl's shirt.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know that they would-"
The girl cooed as she ran her fingers through Bendi's hair. A calming air radiated from her, Bendi's back shivering less frequently.
"It's alright, Ben. I understand why they're mad. You didn't even come out to your parents until during dinner."
A small chuckle escaped the girl, Bendi looking up through tearful eyes.
"It was pretty daring. Honestly, the look on your dad's face was hilarious."
Bendi laughed then, breathlessly into her shirt.
"Here, I want to show you something."

Bendi stepped out of the car, looking around the clearing in awe. Her girlfriend grasped her hand, leading her through the clearing up to a high rock pile. She helped Bendi up, settling down beside her with her legs crossed. They sat for the longest while, Bendi listening intently as the constellations were pointed out to her. When she began to drift to sleep, the girl carefully carried her down, sitting her down in the passenger seat.

Bendi woke up wrapped up in blankets on her bed, a small note on her dresser. She smiled at the small doodled hearts, folding it and sliding it into her dresser. Dozens of similar notes sat inside, a warm feeling in her heart as she ran her fingers through them with love.
