A rainbow scaled taiyaki filled with chewy tapioca pearls in a milk tea syrup. Maple got this idea in a tropical paradise, gazing at the memorising waters below when she came into contact with a rainbow parrotfish. She thought it was amazing how it flaunted it's alluring scales, so she wanted to flaunt her own!

Very much a sugary treat, it consists
of cotton-candy carefully dipped into
dark chocolate, then frozen and dipped
into a sweet beer batter, then fried and
cut into thick fry shapes. It is coated
in honey and chocolate chips. Once
fully prepared, it can be served with
powdered sugar.

"We've been friends for so long and you haven't
even told me you make fair foods? But you make
such boring types of fair foods! Who
wants fried cookies when all the other
stands sell the same thing?" An annoyed
kit pouts as she peers at Kyi from the stand,
on her tip-toes. Kyi gave a chuckle to the kit
in response, turning to face her as they tapped
powdered sugar on more fried desserts. "Okay
then, tell you what. I'll make a dessert that'll fit
you, one that isn't like the others." Kyi smiles as
the kit shows mild interest, her eyes lit up.

The whole dessert was based on their little best-friend, Hanahaki with her wild personality, daring and testing attitude, they made a promise to Hana to make the best fried food anyone could ever dream of, based on her. Of course, it had to be sweet, but with a price. Being friends with Hana was quite the risk, considering her traits.. so why not make the treat a bit risky, jacking it up with sugar makes it something you wouldn't want to eat alot of. Each bite is a step closer to getting sick, that's all the part of taking a chance, a risk! Each ingredient was carefully picked to represent Hana. The cotton-candy, being her careless, but sometimes wishful thinking, the chocolate representing her hard headed attitude, the beer battered mix representing her bad and chance-taking decisions, and the honey and chocolate chips to represent her sometimes sweet complexion. The whole dessert packs together to create the perfect Hanahaki-esk treat, a bold decision all together if one dared to eat it.

A hit amoungst the young kits that came to their stand, a disciplinary choice for the adults who dared to try it!

Jex had everything, from small cakes shaped like stars that tasted of pineapple and mango with an almost jelly like consistency to canolis but instead with savory flavors from sea flavors to chicken and gravy, they seemed to have it all. but their favorite treat at their stall was a simple looking seemingly a chocolate chip cookie named "Choco Chip" the label with quotations on its little card. It looked simple, harmless chocolate chips peeking out from dough. It was a go to for kals who were looking for a sweet but didn't want anything too wild, nothing too out of their comfort zone. The Chocolate chip cookie on the inside was filled with a mushroom like texture dough, that tasted like an odd combination of lemon zest and the taste of a bad berries and gave you the feeling of the few moments before you sneeze.
jex was always fond of seeing another kal take a hearty bite out of the cookie, their face scrunching up with how sour it was, and in some cases even crying because it was so sour. And then watching as they breathe awkwardly as if they had to sneeze before stopping and turning to look at Jex with a betrayed and upset expression before Jex read the smaller italicized text at the bottom of the cookies card, "aka a sour sneeze." Jex always made up for the betrayal with a free small desert of their choice.

Ringmaster created a delectable treat called fried sushi. The dish itself has no sushi, but is rather a sweet imitation;
the filling is made of Swedish Fish and green apple candies. The rice is shredded coconut, with a tad of powdered sugar added throughout. The seaweed wrap is fried dough with green food coloring wrapped around the whole concoction. The candies are bite-sized and served with pocky chopsticks.
Ringmaster's inspiration for the dish was from his notoriously picky eater friend, a clown named Oliver who worked at the festival. Their friends group would commonly go out for sushi and boba, but every time, Oliver flaked out because he doesn't like sushi. Ringmaster felt bad about leaving his pal out, so he adapted to include Oliver.
Every year for the fair, Ringmaster makes an innovative and odd food to sell; usually a look-a-like in the same way as the sushi. Children also swarm to the stand, as they tend to find the candies more appealing than the genuine food. The delight in children's eyes as Ringmaster hands them their treat in the themed package brings him more than enough joy to do it again year after year.
Ringmaster cooks every single candy sushi by hand, placing three into a classic brown paper sushi container with two pocky chopsticks with precision and care.
Ringmaster takes great pride in his cooking, and any item deemed unfit for the fair is saved for staff after the show, along with leftovers from all the stands. He quality checks every single morsel and scrubs his entire kitchen clean to keep it as allergy-free as possible. Ringmaster always lets Oliver taste test them as well, putting the "Picky Eater Seal of Approval" on his food stand's banner each year.
