issue(s) with the kingdom: kingdoms to the east and west plan on attacking the north (colden's kingdom). they've agreed to form an alliance, using their numbers to overwhelm and conquer the northern kingdom.

how do they fix it?: colden is only a general so the king doubts him, however his plan is quite genius. he will release all prisoners of war, letting each travel safely home, but before he does so he'll spread rumors to the east and western kingdoms. "the kingdom to the east has allied with the north, they plan on betraying the west. as proof of this, their people will be released from prision". "the west kingdom plans on betraying the eastern kingdom, their prisoners were just released as compensation for their agreement with the north". once they meet on the battle field, surely they'd be at each other's throats. as they wage war on each other, the north with come and exterminate them all.

It was hard to bring up, it was something that no one knew that much. No
one tried to play even one beat to a song. Amine went around planets to
planets hearing the music that he's never heard before. So many types
that he liked, but if he comes back home would anyone like it? Anime's
kingdom is bright and joyful, but no music ever came to them. Anime
tried his best to make everyone happy in this kingdom and it was successful.
Nothing dull come around but anime wanted to bring music to his family
and even his own people. Some people think amine comes off as mean,
but they never seen his turn side on music and even his love for everyone.
Some think it's a sin to even like any music that comes.

indentationthe king spread lies that said magic was not a gift of the goddess, as they originally believed, instead, that it was a rebellion act against the goddess and her gods. now, theyve finally had enough of the mortals little magic and light shows, so they took it away from them, along with the faeries and witches and all the unique species. the citizens bought the lies as quickly as they took his other lies, and panic erupted.

indentationthe first year of this was filled with both crying and despair, begging the goddess and her gods for forgiveness, for the magic of the kingdom to return. the goddess couldnt answer to their cries, as the king held a power of such that could destroy her, if she tried to mess with his plans.

indentationthe second year, the citizens began to adjust to this new life, one without magic. the street festivals started to wear out, since everyone was brought there because of the sorcerers and mages who used their power to spread joy. the golden happiness of the citizens was slowly drained, wearing them out, bit by bit. the dancers stopped dancing, the stories of history stopped being told, and all written records of magic were burned.

indentationlater that year, panic of other kingdoms broke out. one by one, through the years, the entire continents magic was taken away. the neighboring kingdoms were completely annihilated, their crowns taken away and entire royal & noble families destroyed, so that no one could step up and overtake his rule. only allied kingdoms didnt have their crowns taken away, and they came under his spell of despair and sorrow.

indentationthen, five years later, the rebellion started. they found out what the truth was, and how the heir of one of the greatest neighboring kingdoms didnt fall with the rest of the kingdoms. instead, that heir lived and in an attempt to escape the death of their family, and everyone & thing around them, that heir became death and worked for the king, working under the kings every command and order.

indentationa trip overseas to the neighboring continent helped the heir grow the powers that he was unable to use in his homeland. there, he stayed for two years, mastering all of what he could and would do.

indentationhe did this all by faking his death one night and slipping up onto a rebellion ship that went to one of their neighboring continents. this continent was full of life and magic - something the heir always wanted to experience, but never got to for he was stuck within castle walls.

indentationin the year he came back, he regrouped the rebellion. for the following half year, they planned the final attack on the king - the heir grew strong, strong enough to overcome the kings spell and power. strong enough to be able to use the kings magic against him and his own, raw magic.

indentationafter the half year of planning, they made the final attack against the king. it took a year of raging war and battle. lots of lives were lost in the final battle, but their lives werent wasted when the heirs blade was brought down on the king one last time. the crown of the neighboring kingdom was returned to the heir, and the lands of the kingdom of gold and magic were given to the heir, as the citizens believed that the heir deserved it, for all he lost when the king raged war against the heirs own kingdom.

indentationwith the crown returned, magic returned to the entire continent. the art of magic was taught once again. the recovery was slow, it took atleast 3 years for the lands to return to their joyous selves, with the street festivals and dances and magic that filled the kingdoms.

When Finn inherited the kingdom of Thaoyn from the king before him, the land was in ruins. The once green luscious fields burned charred from the flaming arrows released from the fingers of the O'Connor's. The once strong, sturdy city walls in rubble from the huge rocks thrown from the O'Brian's catapults. And the cute little villages now barren except for piles and piles of charred wood. The kingdom was split into three big tribes. Feuds and War turning each passing moment into one of pain, anger and fear
How do they fix it?: Finn did everything in his power, he sent his best builders and carpenters to rebuild the city walls and cottages. Refurbishing and decorating the city while they were there. He even sent gold to each tribe to help them get on their feet again. Peace treaties were sent out and signed. Boarders were set up to keep each tribe happy. And a council made up of each tribe's most elite leaders and/or scholars to discuss matters that ended up in feuds not too long ago.

But his biggest feat was "The Solace". A day at the end of each year for each tribe to set aside their differences as much as they could and feast in peace. To sing, laugh and tell stories by big campfires.

The water he lay in stood still, and his body seemed frozen in time. You'd have to look hard to realize the gentle rise and fall of his upper body lit up only by one wavering light in the room, a torch. A man peered into the pool with unnerved eyes. So long it has been, and yet their king was still sound asleep in this chamber. The man only dully recalled when it had happened all that time ago for he was just a boy. Just about thirty-six seasons ago, the kingdom was hit with a terrible plague that ripped its way through the citizen like they were sheets of parchment. Wulfgang was only present for the beginning of it and was whisked away to another land for a while in hopes of saving him from it. Him and the princ-- king were probably around the same age when it happened: forty seasons old. While he was forced to flee, the prince was placed in the only preserving chamber they had and the old king sought a solution to his last sickly breath.

Wulfgang had only returned to this kingdom to carry on the duties of his family and serve as the kings right-hand man. As such, he was the only one allowed inside along with the seer. Every few days he would sit here and wait for the king's return, staring at his seemingly lifeless body under low light. The king's hair had grown long and ebbed gently in the calm water. He wouldn't dare miss his awakening, and thankfully he didn't. Like a rising corpse, the new king sat up, unwavering. Water ran all across his forehead and shoulders, and just as he caught a glimpse of Wulfgang, his head bobbed back and forth and he passed out.

The information came rushing at the poor boy in harsh waves. At the very least, he remembered his name, Gaylord, and when he was put under. To no one's surprise, their king began to cry as the situation was broken down. Ugly, childish tears, forgiven by the circumstances. Foolishly in their rejoicing for the new reign, they had forgotten his ineptitude in actually being a king. Everyone expected the most out of him at once. Wulfgang, being around him most of the time was the first to notice. Gaylord was shy, and cowered at meetings, and cried in private after having a voice raised at him. He... Was still a ten-year old child at heart.

Their king was a child, and the land was still left with no ruler.

How do they fix it?:

There was no way in hell that they would be able to teach Gaylord all he needed to know about being a king while teaching him how to adapt to suddenly being nine years older. Wulfgang, who had read up on kingly etiquette, and just on kings in general began to pull the strings for the greater good, while Gaylord acted as a mere figurehead.
