Who is/was their biggest influence?

There's been many cats that changed Hollowmoon's life, but the single cat that changed his world, was one he hated.
Living one the streets wasn't an easy life for any of the alley cats, simply surviving consumed most of their time, but that never stopped any of them from picking fights.
Especially Rattooth.
Rattooth would fight anyone, even if they couldn't fight.
The problems started when Hollowmoon hunted on what Rattooth considered his territory, though the stray changed his hunting grounds every night.
Rattooth told Hollowmoon to give up his prey ; Hollowmoon hadn't eaten for three days and wasn't going to give up the only meal he might have for three more.
So they fought and their yowling attracted an audience, and every cat from three blocks around saw Hollowmoon beat Rattooth into the ground.

Rattooth never lived down the humiliation and for the weeks after he dogged Hollowmoon's steps, until they came face to face again and Rattooth forced Hollowmoon to fight him.
There wasn't an audience this time.
No one to hear Rattooth yield.
No one to see Hollowmoon ignore his plea and open his throat.
Struck with guilt and terror of retribution, Hollowmoon fled to the forest.
