I read the front page, but am still confused as if I have to pay for this or not, and if so, how much I'll owe. Could someone please explain this to me in a simpler way?

Since you're an artist, you're monthly custom can have 2 rare traits for free, any custom item added (such as the tail) will be free as well. You would only need to pay if you decided to order another custom the same month.

I'll get started on your Teacat either tomorrow or the day after!
