Name: Michiko Alethea
Age: 17
Gender: female
Role: Student/ Designer at a prestigious boarding school for designers on a scholarship
Personality: She is very polite and obedient, she tends to be quiet and always and I mean always use her manners. She’s like an angel child to everyone, she doesn’t complain, and is very very patient. She rarely looses her cool but when she does, it’s a scary sight. She can get grump easily if she doesn’t get her beauty sleep. Although people consider her an angel for unbelievable politeness, talent in designing, and beauty, she’s a peculiar one. She doesn’t care for friends but still is nice to everyone. No one can tell what’s she’s thinking, and she keeps to herself a lot. Conversations and presentations are not quite her thing, she prefers to express through her artworks instead.
Backstory: Michiko Alethea grew up in a library spending her childhood reading and just doodling. She has no idea that she has two sisters residing on the surface or even a clue that there is a surface. She loved magic and loved to watch wizards perform. She was fascinated by it from an early age. The school reached out to her and offered her a scholarship after seeing her talent and she accepted. Now she’s one of the top students leading in designing cords, outfits, accessories that intertwine with magic.
Spring was here! That meant spring cleaning! Michiko was always neat and organized, why did she need to clean? Nonetheless she wanted to sort through her stuff. It was a lovely day, she’d gotten plenty of sleep and today was the first day of spring break. She couldn’t be more happier! Most of the students had left the school and were either heading on vacation or returning home. Michiko still wasn’t sure what to do but she knew she’d come up with something. Her stomach started grumbling loudly very unladylike so she decided to treat herself to the cafe. She greeted to the students as they walked by, smiling politely and saying please and thank you like usual. The cafe was scarce today, few people were there which was expected since it was after all, spring break.
“Good day, ma’am what can I get you today?” The usual employee stood waiting behind her counter. “Good day to you to, may I have a cup of coffee and Profiterole please.”
She took her usual seat by the window, waiting for her order. She wondered what she should do over spring break, and where should she go. She couldn’t tell some student were whispering about her, that didn’t bother her a bit. She was pretty used to it by now, plus it never really concerned her. Soon enough her order came, it looked delicious!

She bid her goodbyes before returning to her dorm. Sorting her clothes and laundry, tidying up her work space, and fixing up her room. She opened her closet, it was clean but could be cleaner. Suddenly she came across a leather box in the corner, she didn’t recall bring it in. She opened the lid, coughing as dust flew out. Inside was a book, old of age in white leather. A golden symbol rested on the cover, shaped like a star. The pages were blank, curious she took out a pen she wrote in it.
HelloSuddenly words started writing underneath in a different handwriting
Hello? She dropped the book, peering back at it. Sure enough the words were there. She picked it up again with caution, slowly, she write again.
Are you real?Once again, words appeared back.
Yes, I’m very much real. Are you?
Yes, of course. Do you know what’s going on?
I’m writing in a book.
Me too.
So we can both see what we write?
I guess so.
Who are you?
I’m Michiko. You?
Hekeriki and Kurami, we found this book in the monster arena
Monster arena?Little did they know, gazillions of miles above Michiko’s head, her two sisters were looking at the other book. Receiving her messages at the opposite end. The monster arena was just above the school. So close yet so far.
