Ok, since I've had some inquiries about it the song. The song is something that refers to their favorite thing about autumn, not necessarily an autumn song. You can interpret the tune however you'd like.

xxxxxxAs Ignis took a step forward out into the autumn scenery, he could hear a leaf crunch underneath his foot. The many-horned viscet lifted up his foot to pick at the crushed leaf before letting it go as the pieces flew through the air when the wind picked up. He watched as the corpse of the leaflet floated off; it felt as if everything in that moment was in slow motion. Ignis closed his eyes, basking in the environment at that very moment. The wind gently caressed his body, leaving cold spots on his horns, as the rustling sounds of leaves slowly dying off of its branched home from near-naked trees lightly echoed through Ignis’ ears.

xxxxxxIgnis then took in a deep breath, letting it out slowly shortly after. He opened up his eyes to see nature resume its course as everything in the air suddenly dropped. The viscet turned around and said, “It’s about time you showed up, love.”

xxxxxxAutumn. To Ignis, the season is always bittersweet when it comes around. In the past year, he had lost someone that he dearly loved. Although.

xxxxxx“It wasn’t exactly my fault,” Ignis said. “You see, he was the one that was trying to get rid of me. When you know and love someone for so long… you start to appreciate everything and everyone that you know, more and more, each day. For instance, I started to appreciate the seasons more. I mean, who doesn’t hate winter, summer, spring, and fall? In the winter, it gets too cold, and so you have to work hard to start a fire and warm yourself up. In the spring, allergies start to attack your senses, and so one could barely smell or see around them. In the summer, it gets too hot; there are plenty of ways to cool yourself down, but it just never feels enough.
xxxxxxAnd then there’s fall. Fall is… it’s in between. I mean, sometimes it’s still too hot or it starts to get too cold. It’s a season where it reminds you that summer just ended and winter is about to come up. Fall is like the beginning and end to a loop. Everything just repeats, over and over again. Fall… fall is where I almost fell to my demise…”

xxxxxxThe horned viscet put a paw to his chest. Autumn. The bittersweet season of Ignis’ love. Each time a leaf floated by his face, the viscet would flinch. Ignis stood exactly in the same spot where he was a year ago. That was the place where he turned around to greet his lover; only to see a set of claws swiping towards his face. Ignis dodged as fast as he could, only to have the horns on his head slightly nicked by his lover’s claws. “Love?” Ignis was completely dumbfounded at what was going on. The only thing he heard come out of his loved one’s mouth was, “Darn. I missed.”
A kick to the stomach, and Ignis went tumbling down the steep incline that he was standing next to. The look on his ex-mate’s face was something that he would never forget. It was a cold stare that shot straight through Ignis’ heart, their eyes devoid of emotion. Emptiness.

xxxxxxIgnis coughed and cleared his throat, “As dark as it may be, I will always have an appreciation for the four seasons. Even if I lost someone that I loved. Autumn, especially, will always be my favorite season. I know it’s dumb, but… there’s just this feeling that will always overwhelm my senses. It’s the first season where I met my love, where we did all these dumb lovey-dovey stuff, and the last season that I lost him. It’s like everything is in slow motion.”

Favorite thing about Autumn;

🍂 Coral loves to collect leaves. 🍂

On the coolest days of Autumn, she'll walk out in her oversized sweater with her scrapbook (which she keeps all her leaves in) to scavenge for the prettiest, brightest leaves for her collection. Deep purple, Crimson Red, she loves any kind of leaf. As soon as they start to turn color in the beginning of fall, she opens her closet and grabs her scrapbook from the shelf. All of the prettiest leaves she's ever come across are stored in this book, and she cherishes it like it was her own child.

Her paws gently move around the many leaf piles scattered around the ground to find leaves, and she secures them into the plastic flap in her book for safekeeping.

Her favorite leaf, a deep purple one she found near her home, is on her nightstand next to her bed. She named him Jimmy.

As she snuggles under the covers in her bed, scrapbook clutched against her chest, she looks forward to another day of leaf collecting. Her smile bright enough to light up a room, she goes to sleep content and happy.
