personality: Edith is usually sweet and kind. Often she will go out of her way to help others, and always tries to make people smile. She believes in selflessness and even on her bad days she is polite, just quieter. Talkative and bubbly, she likes to make new friends and cares deeply of those whom she is close to. Her protectiveness is sometimes scary, as she can go from kind to cold in an instant in order to protect her loved ones. She is tough and often keeps her emotions to herself, loving everyone more than herself. When she is upset, she is quieter and avoids people more. Sometimes she is very impatient or too excited to wait. Enjoying solving puzzles and problems, she is intelligent and a quick thinker. Though she is a little too honest on her opinions, hurting others feelings without meaning to or boasting about her good deeds without noticing. Some find her annoying, and even she agrees at times. Inside she is often at war with herself and her emotions. You'll never meet someone quite like Edith.

Relationship with father: Edith and her father used to get along well enough. They'd bicker and fight, but usually they were okay around each other. They never displayed any signs of affection, except once and awhile they would give each other stiff hugs. She didn't like when he went off travelling, because usually she stayed behind. Throughout her childhood he was so absorbed in work or off on an adventure. She has never truly gotten to know him, despite being somewhat curious. He always tried to ask her questions and get her to try new things, even though she just wanted to be alone. But as she grew older, their bond strengthened. She realized she didn't like being away from him for to long, despite her wanting to get away from him as a child. Now she makes sure to visit him regularly and always loves to here about his travels. Now she is fascinated by his work and enjoys hearing him talk about it. Sometimes he'll take her on trips- to her great enjoyment -and she has a blast exploring. She'll read over her fathers writing pieces and make suggestions. Together


they work out problems and riddles. He always makes sure to ask about her life and once she gets going she can't stop. Usually she will lose track of time and have to dash home but still end up being late even though she sprinted. Sometimes others will joke that she has a smile stuck on her face because the day after she visits her father she's always in a chipper mood. Now its a game, guessing the reason why she's happy and usually they are right. That just makes her smile bigger or laugh. Atlas inspired her to get into the writing and research space, but that isn't her main field of work. She loves her father and he loves her. Nowadays she doesn't know if she could live without him.

Edith is a doctor, but she enjoys writing on the side. For awhile she was a real estate agent, but she then went back to school so she could reroute her job path. She wanted to be a doctor due to her love of helping others, and at first she wanted to be a real estate agent because she liked the sound of the job. Now she's much happier, even though she often works long exhausting shifts. Most of her friends are at her work anyways, so she's not completely alone. She is very liked by the patients and is even specifically requested by them. Her nimble paws and quick thinking save many lives, and thats what she loves about it. Before that she had just sold houses, something she found boring and unhelpful. It took a long time to get through school once more, as her desired field of work was rather complex, but she now claims ever lecture and late-night studying sessions were worth it. She wouldn't take back her career path for the world, despite considering going into astrology before choosing her path of healing. Along with writing, she'll study the stars and planets with her father.

Aurora has always been a gentle soul. Just as the moon reflects light from the sun to light the way, her spirit reflects the moods and feelings of those around her. When she sees the smiles of others, she smiles as well. When she finds someone is upset, she does all she can to bring that light back. She's always trying to light the way, guiding others through the pitch black night into the serene light of the moon. Her kindness and generosity really make a difference in those she surrounds, causing her to often be the rock that supports her friends and family. Aurora still holds a grace, however, that causes every head to turn when she enters a room. She understands the power that someones attitude can have, and is often trying to hide her insecurities under the confidence of a false smile.

That being said, Aurora most definitely has her faults. She often underestimates herself, pushing her self down in a lack of self confidence. Though she tries not to show it, there are few who can see behind her mask. She's rather introverted at times, keeping to herself unless needed. Many place her on a pedestal, pushing her to be stronger and better though there comes a time when she is placed so high up that she becomes unreachable to the general public. She longs to find someone who believes in her for who she is, not the strength given to her from her role as a Celestial Librarian. The only ones who treat her as a normal viscet are her father and a guardian named Alakai.

She met Alakai when she first discovered her abilities. He too was a viscling at the time, while his mother Altaira began to train Aurora. It was difficult at first, always being pushed beyond her limits. It wasn't the training that wore on her the most, however. If there was one thing Altaira stressed to the child, it was that she could never tell anyone about her role. A darkness was rising in the world, one which wouldn't hesitate to extinguish any light she could create. The lies, the deceit, this is what wore on her spirit. She couldn't even tell her father...

Perhaps this is why she isolated herself. She still helps people and she still makes friends, but she has yet to truly put herself in a position of trust. It remained this way until one day, Alakai came again. He explained why they had gone, telling her about the nightmares and demons plaguing there world and how, since the Zodiac Keepers had fallen they no longer had access to the star gates. Aurora easily forgave him, simply grateful to have someone who understood. From those days, she learned to appreciate every second spent with friends and family. Though she kept her identity from her father, she is forever grateful for her continuing support.

Though she never expected to see the stars, she's ever grateful they came.

Atlas and Aurora. two of a kind, Father and Daughter, this pair is well known for their adventurous spirits and love of the universe. However, while Atlas onlky able to dream about the stars, Aurora sees them. Her role as a celestial librarian means she often travels to universes and world's outside of her own to help and record the passage of history and she does so through celestial gates created from constellations in the sky. Yet, her father knows none of this. Why? For his own protection of course. The stars a disappearing, a darkness taking over the sky and destroying the Librarians so Aurora hides her adventures within lies of 'trips with friends' or 'going to work."

This doesn't mean she completely hides it from him. Often times, she enjoys telling him about her adventures through a woven tale of a cat named moo, which he later turns into books and stories of his own
