Costume (link or description):
a poncho made of a velvet cloth, with a mask that goes over the head to make you resemble a dragon. along with fake claws and a shiny tail with spikes along the back.
reason for this costume;
Ollie finds that they are very much like a dragon with their temper and the whole obsessing over a hoard of things whether it be pieces of sanded down glass or pieces of holographic material. Ollie even hoards pencils. Along with that Ollie tends to think of their friends as theirs just like their hoards. not to be touched by anyone else.

Thank you all for entering! Honestly, I loved all the entries and concepts you guys had, so this was pretty hard to judge. But, without further ado.. The winners!
The winner is Inkdragon!
Honestly, you made such an adorable personality and costume for this pillowtail! The sketch you have was adorable as well. Overall, I really liked your form. :)
Runner ups:
Ciel Phantomhive.
The effort you put into your form is evident. The theme is adorable, and really gave off a Halloween vibe! I also loved the costume, and the short story was lovely. It was tough choosing between you and Inkdragon.

While you didn't put as much effort into your form, I adored your costume idea and the personality you gave poison Ivy.
