Alright, I had 4 different people judge this contest for me, and almost each one had just about the same problem... there were two forms that were just about tied for 1st place. I honestly don't have any idea how to give critique without feeling like 100% crap, so this announcement might seem a little rushed, but I promise it's not. I've backspaced 950 times because I just can't think of the right things to say. LOL.

I'd like to first thank everyone for entering the comp c: this little dude was a massive amount of fun to design, and I'm glad to see there was a lot of interest! That was definitely encouraging. So thank you for those interested and those who made forms <3 It means a lot to me — even a simple 'mark' c:

But I suppose it's time we get down to business... milo. and lady lightwing... your forms were outstanding. Both were beautiful and very interesting and... wow you guys didn't make this easy at all.

wolfwithwings38, I'd like to award you with an HM which can be cashed in with Razors for a stub c: your form was seriously really fun to read, despite Ray being such a negative dude. I still enjoyed the character a lot <3

lightwing, everything about your form was great. I liked the answer to the main question and I really loved the character's little quirks. I immensely enjoyed what you did with the vine tail in the story — that was just so frickin cute. I always catch and enjoy the smallest of details, so you definitely won me over with the small details <3 I'd really like to offer you an RU for this comp. If you'd like to accept it, I just need you to PM me with a type of bird. The rest of the details will be explained then. c:

milo. everything about your form was great too. The answer to the required question was incredibly interesting and the rest of the form was just packed full of things we wanted to know more about. The experiments part of the form was split half and half between the judges. One half liked that "cliff-hanger"-esque vibe, and felt like it was a very interesting way to make the reader want to know more about Ava, while the other half felt it was still cute, but made them feel it could lead to confusion. I also need to touch on the art for a second, because wow. You really outdid yourself with that art, and that's something we all agreed on. While art wasn't a huge part of the form for me, I definitely enjoyed the scenes you painted with the pieces.

Congratulations, milo. on your win. And of course, congratulations, lady lightwing, on your RU should you choose to accept it. As I said before, this contest was extremely difficult for all of us to judge. I thank you guys again for entering <3
