why the bell?; ollie is mute, and he wanders off a lot. to make sure he doesn't stray too far, his guardian thought a bell might be a good idea for him! he jingles when he walks, which makes things awfully convenient. it's easy to tell where ollie has ran off to because of the faint sound of bells coming from the direction. (and, of course, it's a good way for a silent little guy to make a big first impression.)

Chippy is blind, they cannot see. However Chippy thinks the bell necklace will help them know where they are going, or atleast that's what Chippy thinks, They just stumbled upon the necklace and put it on as its jingle can guide them. You may think it doesn't work but in a way it does, but only when Chippy, or Chip as they call themselves is in a crowd or atleast with another Kalon as any kalon could tell they are blind by how much times they walk into a tree or a wall. One regular day could turn into a party with Chip and Sometimes when chip is in a crowd, oh let the Miscommunication begin! Sometimes getting Chip to go the right way can be hard! Well, atleast their bell can guide other blind kalons to where they need to go or a tree, whichever comes first!
