Favorite instrument that calms them down?: A waterphone and it is used often in horror movies! She likes it because when she's mad at people for being mean at her or other things, she just listens to this and feels calmer, plus she likes the feeling of chills going down her spine.
Her likes: Waterphones and eerie music, being rational and calm (sometimes, though other times she doesn't mind getting an attitude or worse), disturbing herself (watching disturbing videos or things that are horrifying), and being alone.

Her dislikes: Mostly everyone else except for the occasional rare people and other animals/goblins that are nice to her, Florida, pineapples, pineapple pizza, people who cut worms, the myth that when you cut a worm it becomes two worms when in reality it is just a worm that is cut into two pieces but still it is one worm, and animal abusers.....

Favorite instrument that calms them down?; the drums

Archais suffers with schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder. He hears the voices of his father, mother, and sister. His mother is always talking to him and calling him out of his failures. The voice of his father is similar, really only speaking when he messes something up. His sister rarely ever talks to him. She's very sweet and comforting to him and he looks forward to when he talks with her. However, since most of the time she's quiet, Archais gets over run with his parent's overlapping and his own racing mind. The only thing that really works to get everyone out of his head is playing the drums. By focusing on the beat, Archais gets lost in the movements and sound and the voices go away. The glowing dots on his fur pulse to the beat of the drums.

Archais is usually stoic, impassive and reserved. He treats most people coldly and indifferently, and with a very serious attitude. His span of tolerance is short, and he frequently becomes annoyed or impatient with people around him. He also tends to be opinionated and outspoken. but if you get to know him, he will open up and you will find he is quite a joker and quite a show-off. While he comes off blunt, he is actually a kind, loyal, and very protective GG once you have gained his trust and once he trusts you. Archais is really bad with children. He never knows how to act around them and always ends up scaring them. There is a part of him that really wants to have kids one day, but he is terrified of being like his mother. He also fears that his mental issues will pass on to his offspring and he does not want that. Archais loves animals and is a friend to all. His den is always housing animals and the predators know that any prey in the den are off limits.

Another thing Archais enjoys is painting. He not amazing at it and he doesn't do it for anything other than to relax and talk to his sister. His sister loved to paint when she was alive and would teach Archais. When he paints, his parents voices fade and his sister comes out. She doesn't talk much, she was always a quiet one, but he knows she's there. Her presence is very calming to him. He takes influences from the Abstract Expressionism movement. He doesn't paint scenery or people, it's mainly just brushstrokes and splattering.

Archais had a sister two years older than him. She was the family favorite. Their mother adored her and treated her like she could never do anything wrong. Archais on the other hand, was hated by his mother and could never do anything to please her. His father was also mean, almost bordering on abuse. His sister was very kind and always tried to stand up for him and protect him, but it rarely worked. She was very supportive of him when he recognized that he had gender dysphoria and told her he was really a boy. What really pushed him over the edge with his mental issues was when she died. A bad illness came through the forest and she was too frail to fight it. It ended up taking his father as well, but he was almost pleased that happened. But that meant he was alone with his mother. She blamed him for everything that went wrong and practically almost killed him when she learned he was transgender. It was a little over a year when she died. Archais left the forest and moved into the swamp on the other side. He was familiar with the area, often going there to get away from his family. Archais fit in well with the wildlife in the swamp, even the alligators. He was eventually accepted as the leader of the swamp and the protector of it as well.

Archais uses his water element to keep unwanted guests out of his swamp. If he, or any of the other wildlife in the swamp, feel the guest is harmful or disruptive, he will use his water manipulation to move the vines and plants in the swamp and scare the visitors away. He also uses his abilities to get to his home. There is a large tree on the bank of the water, its roots all gnarled and visible. Under the water, there is a gap between to of the roots that is covered with thick moss and vines. This keeps the water from seeping into the den that's hidden behind it. Only Archais can move the water and plants away from the opening and enter the den. Inside is a low ceiling but spacious den with little tunnels leading off deeper into the land beside the swamp area. There are also a couple of tunnels that lead back towards the water, with a little pond of still water halfway through it for the water to settle and not flood his home. This allows gators and other aquatic animals to enter. There are also a couple of tunnels that lead to openings on land for visitors of Archais' choosing to enter and for land animals.

If you'd like, you may use the second and third pieces of art in my form (so everything but the one with the mud sculptures) though I'm not sure they'd fit the character you've designed? Puddles, who made the animation, is OK with it too! As a heads-up though, I do plan on re-purposing things a bit in the future (I.E I'll change the colors/lineart to fit another GG), so neither piece will be completely unique. Just let me know.
