Why you want them --
While I have been a member of ChickenSmoothie for many years, I have come to be far more interested in the Adoptable Oekaki pets than the actual CS pets. I suppose you could say that I like having unique pets, and I enjoy the process of trying out to adopt one. However, I keep attempting to become involved in the community of an adoptable species, but I keep having terrible luck. All the ones I get involved in, usually end up becoming inactive shortly afterwards. I've seen Kalons around for a good while, but hesitated about trying out for any of them. Of course, I have to be drawn to to a design to try out, so that plays a part, too. Kalons are well into over 800 in existence, though, so I finally decided that maybe I'd try out for a few and attempt to get involved, since I doubt this community will be vanishing any time soon.

This Kalon, in particular, is just plain cute and looks specially soft. Often times, I like more complex or unusual designs, but I can't pass up a nice, natural design. It reminds me a bit of a cat, which is one of my favorite animals, but the markings vaguely remind me of a the markings on a raccoon's tail. Both wins, there. I also love the fact that the extra accent colors are those shades of greens. Bright and lime greens are my absolute favorite colors!

I don't currently own any Kalons, so I feel like this would be an adorable one to have as my first. <3

Why you want them -- First off, I'd like to mention the color pallet used. It's simple but so calming and I've always loved how those colors went together and I makes me sad that nobody seems to use them like this, so it was a very pleasant surprise. She also quite reminds be own my own cat, who unfortunately ran away when I was younger (her namesake). I've also been trying to look for a Kalon, whether from an ufa nursery batch or the adopt itself for a while, with no such luck. Many with form limits fill up very quickly and a lot of times I just can't compete with other forms and art. Having been on CS for almost 5 years (including accounts whose passwords are long forgotten) I've seen a some adoptable dynasties rise and fall, and each time I regretted not trying harder to get one before they left. From JBDs to Kiamaras I never get the chance to snatch one up, but I'd love a chance to get a Kalon <3 . I'd love to become more involved in the community but it's a tad hard when you don't have a Kalon yourself. From what I see, everyone in the community is really nice and I'd love to join them. I'd also like to an ooc breeding and put the kits ufa for more non-owners. Paying it forward, in a sense c:

Why? i have made numourous attempts to win a kalon, and omg has it been hard, i havent won a singel one,
i simply ADORE kalons and i really want one there are so many fabulous gift lines that i cant use.
also im really sick with a ruptured eardrum and something else idk what its called but i cant breathe through my nose and i think i have a blood clot so im stressed and have to constantly squirt some kind of acid medicine into my nose and it really hurts...
so i guess it would make me less stressed, and the colors are appealing to the eye and very much remind me of my favourite snack we have here in sweden called kina (Shina) and theyre green jelly covered in choclate!

Why you want them --
I'm not too big a fan of closed species anymore, but I do like Kalons, and have tried for a few without luck. This one catches my eye with the nice soft palette, and the design is simple and easy to replicate--perfect for art! I just love the green accents as well. I can already think of a few character ideas I could use for him--whichever one would suit him best, this Kalon would be a perfect addition to my character universe, and overall just fun to draw ;u;

Why you want them -- He's such a pretty baby??? I love the soft, simple palette, and the bright green contrasts beautifully. Not quite bright enough to be an eyesore, but rather it seems to make the Kalon's coat look that much less vibrant, which I love. I've tried for a handful of Kalons, but I've never been able to snag one. I do love the species, but due to their popularity, it's extremely difficult to get your hands on one of these babes! I don't really have a story to write about why I'd love to have this boy, because what I've written is, essentially, the entire reason I'm trying out for him! Good luck to the other non-owners entering, and an early congrats to the new owner of this babe!

Why you want them --

Kalon's I generally find no interest in , many want them because there popular and want to say 'woah well I have a kalon!'. Although I personally like kalons not for there popularity but there designs. Many of the artist for the kalon species art great at designing pretty kalons. I've tried many times to win one of these babs but shot down immediately because im not really the type to write a lot or very competitive. Other times I see a very pretty one but the designs are to complex for me. What's the point in trying to get a bab when you can't even draw the bab? That leads me to what I like about this kalon. Its a very simple concept but still equally as appealing. First of all bright greens are literally my favorite colors. Im generally fond of Neon colors and pastels. So that soft brown and white is a total plus. An I know its weird but it kind of reminds me of zangoose (from Pokémon) possibly having something to do with the markings ,or even ice cream? Like I said I'm not the best at writing but if there was one reason I would want this kalon it would definitely be the colors!
