About Arthur: Arthur has always grown up in support groups through his school, whether he actually needed them or not. He was claimed to be a "gifted student" and put into smart people groups. When his parents split up, he was put into a group for that. No matter what, he could never get away from them. Arthur began to pick up on the ways the counselors helped kids of his age, and tried them when comforting his friends. He began to do this to everybody, and was soon known as the "kid that knows how to make you feel better". After graduating high school, Arthur decided to pursue his high school "career" and went to college to become a therapist in his home town. After realizing working with adults wasn't necessarily for him, he took on a new job as a school counselor, helping kids everyday. He still does it to this day, and has won a few awards in his work. He will still take on adults periodically.

"Ophelia, is everything alright at home? Juniper has been coming down to my office every day this week. She claims she just likes it there, but I know how she normally acts."
Arthur looked concerned, as he really loved Juniper. She was a fan of being in support groups just to be a part of one, and kept a smile to everybody's face, including Arthur's. Ophelia sighed and broke eye contact with Arthur.
"Yeah, she's just down about Aristotle.. He's been so busy with work, he hasn't been able to see Juniper lately. I also miss having him around."
"Oh course you and Juniper would miss him, he normally comes over almost everyday. Maybe you can surprise him at work; make something with Junie and give it to him to de-stress him. This will happen sometimes, but you cannot let it bring you down too much."
Ophelia blushed, and thanked Arthur for the advice. She had met him at a school conference, and the two have been close since. When Juniper heard of this plan, she was so excited she could not wait. The two adults laughed at her excitement, and worked together to make something special for Aristotle.
"It was her! All I wanted to do was welcome her to the school and she attacked me!"
"What do you mean?! You attacked me! You pushed me when I 'wasn't listening'!"
"You weren't listening! You ignored me!"
"I was focusing on my homework!!"
"Girls. That's enough arguing for a little while."
Arthur dealt with this situation almost every week. Two girls would find something, and would begin a fight. Soon, it would result in physical violence if not dealt with quick enough. This case was not dealt with quick enough. Arthur sighed.
"Now I know you Juniper, but could I ask for your name, Miss?"
Arthur turned his head towards the small kalon with the white face. She looked angry, and had a swelling cheek.
"My name's Valentine. Yours?"
Arthur made a quick T-chart in his notes; one side for Juniper and one side for Valentine. He spoke calmly to the young kalons, making sure not to get them any angrier than they already were.
"My name is Arthur Spurr, but just call me Mr. Spurr or Arthur. Now Juniper, why don't you tell me what happened?"
Juniper glared over at Valentine, and began on her story.
"Valentine was new here, and I wanted to welcome her. She was doing something, so I waited. And waited. When I thought she was done with her job, I tapped her shoulder. She then jumped on my and began pushing me around. The only reason I fought her was because she fought back! She started the entire thing!"
Arthur wrote her testimony down, and turned to Valentine to hear her story.
"Well, I was doing the new math homework, as I was a little behind. I wanted to get it done, and when I went to check my phone for important texts Juniper pushed me and I almost fell out of my chair! Of course, I had to fight back. She then began to fight really hard, so all of my fighting was self defense!"
Thank you girls. Now, maybe you could try talking to each other nicely? Maybe apologize? You both did something the other didn't like."
They both sighed, and turned to each other.
"Sorry Valentine.."
"Sorry Juniper. What were you going to tell me?"
"I wanted to welcome you and tell you that I'm always there..."
"Thank you! I'll probably need you. Want my number?"
The girls talked on and on, now getting along much better. Arthur smiled, and let them both back to class. He filed his report, and went off to get some coffee from the teachers' lounge.
