personality: in short, monroe is a natural optimist. they often try to keep a positive view on life; and this positivity gives them strength and the power to keep going through life. the kalon has a bit too much spare time on their paws and often does a lot of different things to keep themself occupied, such as decorating their room.

they also enjoy to learn new thinks and think about everything; sometimes, monroe is an overthinker. monroe doesn't really ever have goals and really just goes along with life and learns from experience, though despite this they are quite restless physically. and often more nervous and tense around other kalons, which is why they'd prefer to stay in their own little world which they've built for themself. yet, when interacting with other kalons, monroe is a bit of a push-over letting about anything slide; though, this is mainly because many things are quite insignificant to them. honestly, they really just care about the things which are important to them-- they are pretty much apathetic to anything else. they try to be very polite and kind, as well as forgiving and trusting to others. but, they can also be a little too honest; as they don't like to make up lies and would rather keep things real.

some might say that monroe is to irresponsible, or careless. well, they are partially right. sometimes, monroe is a bit too occupied with things to prevent boredom, that they forget about themself. and at times, they go for days without sleep; but the thing is, they feel fine, just a bit tired. monroe often takes things for granted; forgetting to be grateful. even when monroe tries their best to be polite, they can't help but feel boastful at times, especially when accomplishing something.

kind of a hot-shot - very finicky - works as a seamstress - eccentric - kind of creepy - always talks in rhymes

Oleander is a very strange kalon indeed. No one really knows much about her, other than the fact that she owns the seamstress shop on the outskirts of town. Her business is actually a very successful one, as she is very talented with her trade, but you will be warned before entering the little shop with the yellow wooden front. You'll find that Oleander is very eccentric, and will always seem slightly off-putting. She really means no harm, it's just how she is. Many kalons feel very uncomfortable by her constant rhyming in her words, or how she goes up and down in tone with her voice. Olly is also very independant and doesn't mind being by herself, only visiting in town on her bike on quiet days. She is very finicky and only sells the finest of her works, and asks for a high price in return, and she can be very stubborn when people try to argue down the pay.
