super laid back and just wants to have a good time. charles is particularly insensitive to others feelings, but doesn't really mean to be this way. he also doesn't talk much, only when it's needed. not the best at taking care of himself either, when was the last time he brushed his hair or gone to sleep at a reasonable time?

occupation `
he runs a bowling alley that isn't very popular. he doesn't mind though since that means he doesn't have to be too busy and can just hang out, watch tv and eat noodles. as a joke he plays heavy metal music in the alley.

home & town `
charles lives in a small apartment room. the walls are yellow, the floors are gray carpet and it always seems to be dim inside- this is probably because he never puts his old orange blinds aside to let the light from the window in. on top of a fireplace he keeps a box tv where he watches only vhs tapes he finds on the street.

the town he lives in is small and with many plains so it is relatively flat, though there are a few grassy mountainous areas. far away from the ocean, but there is a long river that runs through. it is extremely hot in the summer and receives a small but generous amount of snow in the winter. a peacefulness surrounds the entire town and the sunsets are usually quite pretty for some reason.
