Hey I was just a little confused with the wording of one of the rules. So are only artists allowed to own customs? Like they aren't open to the public.

Yes, customs kind of work like the payment for being an artist if you'dlike to see it that way. Customs may however be revieved through special events and such! :3

May I be added to transfer Yesterday? Her only edits are broken feathers and a longer tail floof.
One question, though, which rarity would the longer tail floof make her then?

Am I able to get someone to do a revamp of my baby, Maeve? I can't art well and wouldn't be able to to do her design justice.
