Super sorry for such a late announcement ;3;)/ I had class today, so I ended up falling asleep super early, aha, and I've been mainly on mobile.
Like always, thank you to all of those who entered ^u^ I thought it would be fun to make a Furtopian based on an uncommon animal, so I'm glad to see that there were a handful of users interested in it! If you guys have any other animal suggestions, feel free to send them my way, as I'm always more than happy to make Furtopians based on creatures that the community will adore <3
The judging of the forms were pretty diddly darn close, and I ended up having to contact a friend to help me out. She's super new to CS, and she isn't part of Furtopia, so with her help, I was able to choose a winner with zero bias. We both discussed what we liked about the forms that were submitted, and we carefully analyzed all of the aspects that were hit upon. This included, but was not limited to, creativity, effort, and overall appearance of the form. Because of how close the two forms were, I decided to also give a RU away ^u^ I hope that this choice will satisfy everyone who entered.

I just want to say that Sapphie is super cute ;; I love how she loves to impress girls with her magic tricks, and how that's one of her biggest drives to continue on in the entertainment industry. I love how sweet and respectful she is to her fans. The art that you drew on the Oekaki was unbelievably adorable too, and I was glad that you were able to include it in your form!

Tek is an interesting, unique, and very well put together character. The reason you gave to explain her love for performing was nicely summed up, and I adore the nice touch at the end to address why she's dressed up as she is in the reference. I went ahead and searched up the trick you gave for her, and I found it fairly mesmerizing ^^ Your art is stunning, and the simple blink animation you gave to it was nicely done as well. Your form is also nicely coded, which was a lovely finish touch to it all.
