How did they become a zombie?Aeron wasn't always named Aeron. Male once went by some friendly sounding name. One that was familiar, kind, warm.. sadly its been years since that name was uttered. Long enough that they no longer remember what it was. I'm sure you're wondering how on earth their body got to this sad stage of decay. Aeron attracts bad luck like no body's business.
It all started when Aeron somehow caught a mean case of Alabama rot. Mean enough that it rotted away bits of one of his legs. During his recovery, Aeron somehow managed to fall and break his jaw at an unnatural angle. Aeron decided he didn't need a doctor and attempted to fix his broken jaw himself. He then learned he was not a doctor, and that he had made a horrible mistake. Infection set in, completely destroying his jaw in the following week. Alabama rot spread to his head rotting away his flesh. Everyday Aeron was waking to bits of fur and mush on his bed.
One day Aeron's friend named Cozbi paid him a visit. Shocked by the Aerons state, he offered a way to heal him. A spell that his grandma has used in the past. Cozbi hinted that there would be some.. unnatural .. side effects to the spell, but at this point, Aeron was willing to try anything. Cozbi returned the following day with various ingredients and the spell, written out on old paper. After various tricks, chants, and other stereotypical things, Aeron no longer felt pain for his illness. Ecstatic he rushed to his full-length bathroom mirror, only to see he looked horrendous. "I thought this would heal me?!" He screamed at Cozbi, who was taken aback by Aeron's reaction. "I-I told you it had side effects!". Aeron growled and snatched the paper from Cozbi. His eyes scanned the paper and soon had a horrified look plastered across his face. This was in fact, not a magical healing spell that would make him look normal. At the very top of the paper in red lettering it read "Zombie Spell"
