While Elian is gentle and compassionate, he can tend to be oblivious to whats going on around him socially sometimes. He might be the first to notice a falling star, or the first to truly enjoy a bird's song, but if someone were, say, in love with him, he probably wouldn't notice at all. Of course, he is generally more aware of the way other horses relate to each other, just no the way other horses feel toward him. This is one of those quirky things about him that some of his friends find very endearing, and others not as much. Deep down he often fears rejection and that makes him hesitant to share his heart and dreams. Elian is a clever horse for sure, often figuring out the most stubborn of puzzles, but sometimes tends to overthinks things as well.
