Name: Penelope, goes by Penny
Gender: Female
Element: Electricity
Adoptive Parent: Gabriel
Theme Song: La La Land - Demi Lovato
Favorite Song: Miss Popularity - Jordan Pruitt

"God, Penny, you almost got us both in trouble."
That is what Gabriel, her adoptive father, had signed to her after the events. Penny was pretty miserable about it alone, but then again, it had been her first prank. It was pretty hilarious for the few seconds of seeing the other Goblin Gator's reaction. That is, until the stranger had almost seen her in the bushes. Gabriel, the "responsible" adult, had been watching her from a short distance away. The victim of her water balloon brigade had in fact actually caught her in the bushes. She had been quite frightened as she didn't expect it at first, and Gabriel had been her savior at the moment. He tried to explain through his sign language that his crazy daughter had gotten out of his sight, and he didn't know she was going to throw water balloons. Even though he had full knowledge of this, of course. The stranger had given up being upset, since they didn't really want to bother tying to understand the father's sign language. They had left, and Penny was pretty disappointed in herself. She could have gotten away with it really, she just had to do better the next time. She had been looking at the floor while walking in her defeat, when she looked up to see her father sign something else. A life lesson, in an odd sense. It sparked the imagination for her, and a new hobby. A new way for her to bond in a way with her father, although it was pretty devious. It didn't really matter.
"Rule Number One of Pranking, just don't get caught."

Relationship with Adoptive Father:
Penny loves her father, and really doesn't think of him as an adoptive father. As a matter of fact, she hardly wonders what her life would be like if she had ever found her real parents and thinks of Gabriel as her "real" father. And due to growing up with him for relatively all her life, she mirrors Gabriel in some aspects. She learned sign language at a young age soon after getting adopted in order to be able to communicate with Gabriel, and when she had finally mastered it, she was extremely happy to get to know her father better.
Although most tend to view Gabriel as a "deadbeat prankster", Penny doesn't seem to think that. Sure, maybe he doesn't like doing some things, but she felt that "deadbeat" was a definite exaggeration. However, yes, her father was quite the prankster. And after some learning, so was she. Her and Gabriel are "partners in crime" in most pranks; with Penny's favorite prank having to do with the use of water balloons. She enjoys viewing the utter shock of someone being soaked in water, and it was relatively harmless as water dried easily and sometimes quickly.
Since most people that aren't deaf don't know sign language, Penny also notices that Gabriel tends to take advantage of that and make smart remarks or insults at others since they don't understand their form of communication. While she agrees with some of the trash-talking and laughs, others she views as somewhat harsh, but she brushes most of them off. They aren't about her, and it's rare that Gabriel does that in the first place. Around her, anyway, as she isn't quite sure what he would say if she weren't there as a witness.
Penny also takes note that Gabriel does have biological children, and sometimes ponders about why there is little to no communication between him and his family. It has made her more grateful, yet cautious, for the time she spends with Gabriel. Since she isn't quite sure why they don't talk anymore, she is wary to try to not make many mistakes out of fear of driving him away. At the back of her mind, she knows the thought itself is ludicrous, but it's one of the few things that has her worrying as a child.

Hobbies:
Listening to Music: It's extremely uplifting for her to listen to music and can completely change her mood around, like how it is for most people. She does her best to be considerate around Gabriel however, even though she believes he couldn't care less. Penny sometimes likes to describe the sounds to him, and even though he'll make sarcastic remarks about how he doesn't care all that much, she thinks he does, even just a little bit.
Painting: As a child, she really isn't quite the artist, but she definitely enjoys it. As an added bonus, it's an art form both her and Gabriel can enjoy when they aren't busy pranking or watching television. She however dislikes the brushes sometimes, as she feels like she has more control when it is her own hand gliding the paint over the canvas. So, therefore, she finger-paints more often than not. Gabriel sometimes will mock her for being so childish (despite her being a child), but she can sometimes convince him to join her in her finger-painting endeavors. Usually it escalates to splashing paint on one another, and Penny is more than happy to help clean up. Especially since she's usually the one to start these infamous paint-wars.
Participating in Choir: Most of her hobbies include the arts, including the "art" of pranking, but Penny is unapologetic. Choir is one of her favorite things to be involved in, even though she's more reserved with her voice in front of others. She has convinced Gabriel more than once to attend her performances. Most of the choirs she participates in are ones at small churches and the ones at her school. Interestingly enough, she is louder in the choir at her school since she has some friends in the choir as well.

(I apologize in advance for any coding mishaps, I coded this on mobile. Good luck everyone!!)
