but the aspects that will never leave is Penelope's naiveness,
her shy and quietness,

First off,
Penelope is naive.

The main reason is her blind eye causes her parents
to support her no matter what the circumstances are,
like how she should act in public,

Penelope has had an average life outside of her blind eye;

Blind Eye:
Penelope has a blind eye,
meaning she's unable to see out of it.
It was caused by her parents accidentally
getting a bit of bleach in her right eye,
and they rushed as fast as they could to the
hospital as soon as they noticed
her eye was tearing up so much and she was crying so loudly.
The doctors were able to save her eye,
but not her sight,
and soon she became blind.
She doesn't mind her being blind and unable to see through it,
since it happened when she was so young
and her other sense were boosted,
but she does mind the bullying that came through it,
which is the reason why she hates it.

More often than not,
Penelope doesn't wear accessories,
but when she does,

Effie and Delaine have an interesting friendship because Delaine is selectively mute,

The friendship began when Delaine walked into Effie's tiny little store, full of clothing and materials.
At first sight, Effie noticed something different about Delaine, but chose not to say anything. She saw
Delaine eyeballing a bright blue bow that complimented her fairly well. Effie ran up in delight to see
if she would have a buyer. "I do think that is a wonderful bow, wouldn't you agree? I think it matches
you fairly well!" Effie said with a big happy smile. Delaine nodded with a small smile. "Alrighty then!
Please do enjoy this bow!" Effie blabbed while putting the bow on Delaine's right ear. "Have a lovely
day miss..." Effie paused, "well I don't seem to know your name. What is it?" Delaine just stared and
pointed to her mouth and a piece of scrap paper on a counter. Effie grabbed the paper and a pen and
handed them to Delaine, where she wrote her name down. "Well then Delaine, I do hope we meet
again! You would make lovely company!" Effie said as she waved bye to Delaine.
