She's seen Suicide Squad twice; both times, she decided Harley was her favorite character, hands down. She enjoyed all of the things Harley said, because, as Captain Boomerang said, every time she opened her mouth, something stupid came out. But out of all of the dumb stuff Quinn said, this was her favorite, and made her laugh the most. She even memorized the scene;

Flagg: "This is the deal: you disobey me, you die. You try to escape, you die. You irritate or vex me... and guess what? You die.
Quinn: "I'm known for being quite vexing, I'm just forewarning you."
Flagg: "Lady, shut up!"

Why?;; It summaries Nixon's personality and favourite hobby. Energetic and attention seeking, much like the shooting stars on his pelt, he will interrupt conversations so at the very least, whoever he's interrupting would look at him. The sad truth is, his friends have wizened and now ignore him, resulting in Nixon huffing in annoyance. A new tactic is needed....
