Cady grew up in the country, and worked on her parents farm until she was 18. She was always told she would take over the farm when she was old enough, but she desperately wanted to move to the city. Her parents grudgingly supported her, even though it was not what they had wanted for her. They respected her decisions and let her leave when she was an adult. She went to the University of Chicago and is now an elementary school teacher in "The Windy City." Cady enjoys her job and loves teaching her students.
