Veniamin grew up in the Union of Socialist So-
viet Rupublics, also known as the Soviet Union.
As a young cub, he was poor and unhealthy, the
results of living in this socialist nation. He alw-
ays dreamed of a brighter future, another chance.

Veniamin was often made fun of in his earlier
years for being so quiet and innocent. Others
also bullied him because of what he wore- old
and worn out clothes. Out of the millions of
others in Moscow- none wanted to be his friend.

Veniamin's past bent his future- he was simply
taught the wrong lesson. He ended up thinking
that you had to frighten others to earn their
respect- and it worked. No one bothered to te-
ll him no. He learned that the world was a cold
and cruel place- that you can't trust anyone.

Though Veniamin may come off cold, he is
actually the slightest bit hurt that no one at
all loves him. Veniamin is mainly misunders-
tood. If someone is friendly enough to him,
they may just change his mind about the world-
but nobody sees all he ever wanted was a friend.

While it seems like Veniamin will never be
happy, there are a few things that raise his
spirits: flowers, hot chocolate, and music
boxes. This may make him seem soft-heart-
ed, so he keeps these likings to himself.

Overall, Veniamin only wanted happiness, but
his search for it only took it away from him.
He was taught the wrong lesson- and that led
him to be the tiger he is now.
