Why do they like jumping so much ?: Like jumping?? They're actually just terrified of every little thing. It sends them jumping into the air whenever a leaf falls or a twig snaps.

Why do they like jumping so much ?: Because his favorite food is mice. He once saw a fox hunt that way - it's called "mousing", jumping over rodent burrows to chase them out. He tried it, and it worked perfectly! Since then he can always get his favorite food, and does so whenever there's a sign of a burrow anywhere near. He likes mice because they're crunchy and small and have so many different tastes and textures in a single meal.
