To us Easter means its a time to spend time with friends, family, and loved ones you may have lost touch with. It also means a time to celebrate life, bit it an existing life or a new life. It means having good times with those you love and care about, don't take things for granted and enjoy what you have in front of you. It means, don't dwell on what you could have had but what you do have, be thankful for what you have in your life now.

"Velvet horned dweller at the rabbit lake" It's a nickname given to Velvet and one he felt that fit him better than any he had been given before. Many called Him this truly because of his soft fur and unusual horns, not to mention tail. Almost like a giant rabbit many people laughed at the connections at the name he had been given but Velvet doesn't mind, just the fact the townsfolk took the time to name him makes him smile. Even if it is a bit of a mouthful.

Easter is a time where parents try to remind the little ones of sacrifice and hope but for the most part it goes over their heads. Easter is more of a signal of spring and one of the few celebrations that children really participate in since Christmas. The whole event is fun and games with no expectation except that the Easter Bunny is coming. Siblings enjoy each other trying to get more eggs than the others and sometimes even work together in the big egg hunts. It the one time in the year that one can get untold amounts of candy that is not Halloween.

Dawn, The time when few people are out and about and the crisp air is nice and cool and the sun warms you. The few times that you feel that you can do the thing that you want and nothing's going to stop you.

Sunset, The time when everything is ending and the air just seems to put you to sleep. The whole atmosphere seems to smell of the days decay and all those possibilities are squashed and the setting sun just seems to remind him of this fact.
