L.O.C. Name:
Pandia;
meaning the personification of the moon
Gender:
Female
Element:
Ice
Rank:
Warrior - Distractor
Rank Explanation:
Pandia's abilities can be described as vivid and stunning. She creates brilliant snow storms while in battle, using the cold to her advantage and the snow to blur her enemies vision. If battling in rain she enjoys her biggest features of her element, freezing the small droplets of water and sharpening them into small ice picks. They aren't too big, very much like herself, but they pack a serious irritation for most enemies. She likens the feeling to splinters or small shards of glass; as she may have accidentally injured herself experimenting with it a couple of times she knows exactly how it feels. Sadly, her original goal was not to be a distractor but rather a tank, but as she metaphorically grew (in reality she stayed rather small her whole life) she accepted that her smaller frame could not work well around such bulky armors. She enjoyed the freedom of actually being able to move around like normal, but she still envies some of the bigger girls who have the stature to be tanks.
Armor Sketch:
xxx, subject to changes aka improvements by others since I can't draw cx
Short Armor Explanation:
Pandia is very light on her feet, and as such she prefers lighter, more delicate, armors and metals. Since she is a distractor she doesn't need anything too heavy or bulky, she just wants the necessities. It also doesn't help that she finds it difficult to wear bulkier metals. The colors are icy and white, but only partially due to her element. She just really likes things that bring out her sky-colored eyes since that's the only lighter color she has, and white and grey do the trick.
Personality:
Pandia is a petite girl with a big personality. She enjoys the company of others generally, but tends to be fickle in her affections. She get's tired of others fairly easily, and jumps from cat to cat pretty generically. She does this simply because one cat may seem like her best friend when she first meets them, but after a while get may get sick of some of the little things that they do. She rarely ever completely drops a cat, so she tends to have a lot of friends, but very few close ones. She pretends she is grumpy sometimes if something silly or debatable is said, so they all have something to talk about. She really enjoys noise, and can't even sleep without hearing the clinks of warriors armor as they walk, and the purring of small cubs. She is an extreme extrovert, and really dislikes being by herself. Often, if she has taken a surprising liking to a certain other cat you can find her cuddled up to them late at night, without their knowing most of the time. She does this pretty frequently with Crusade, as he is really like a big brother to her. Most significantly, she has a short complex. Please, for the safety of yourself and those around you, it is advised to not say anything to her about it. She know's she's short. Really.
Likes: Cold weather, chilly planets, small items, bright colors, rainy days, feeling big and tough, not wearing armor (she enjoys her freedom of movement!), pretending to be grumpy, rolling around, noisy objects like bells, chasing cubs around and pretending to be a big bad monster, and enjoying others company.
Dislikes: Warmth (unless it's cuddling), being tiny, dark colors, sunny days (it hurts her eyes), lions who are always mad, big lions (specifically big female lions), being made fun of.
History:
She was born to a strong, warrior family. With two strong, big tanks as parents she couldn't help but look up to them as the ideal. Unluckily for her, she was the runt in a litter of three. As she grew, she noticed she didn't really grow. Her two sisters grew splendidly, achieving the same heights as her parents expected of little tank children. She alone was the one who didn't reach (ha.ha.) that standard. Her parents loved her none the less, but occasionally her sisters would taunt her if they were ever mad. Her confidence took a blow every time. This only changed once, when she was around a two hundred years old, she met Crusade. He was pretty ditsy, and when she found him sitting off to the side, daydreaming she thought he had gone crazy. Little by little though, she realized that even though he was off in his own world he always acknowledged her presence by a little ear twitch. She came by frequently once she realized that, and eventually she mustered up the courage to talk to him. When she did, she was met with a polite little smile from the older lion. Although he wasn't older by much, she thought of him as an old man due to his character. He seemed amused that the little (ha) cub had come to approach him after much observance. He told her something that changed her forever, "What's going on, little cub?" After this comment, she was enraged that his first words to her were about her height. So, she attacked him. And took him down pretty hard. After that moment she realized, yeah, she was short. She could still pack a serious punch, and she could pack that punch as a different kind of warrior. She had thanked him, and visited Crusade every day since. She still really hates it everytime he makes a short joke, but appreciates that he had helped her get over her anxiety about not living up the family legacy of being a tank.
