Although the fact that Laniatus really enjoys the tune is probably the factor that least effects his standing on the song, it is still a valid point that he finds the tune to be absolutely wonderful. That chipper tweeting just really gets to him, y'know? It seems simplistic, and if he could whistle, you could definitely find him whistling this as he goes about his merry day.
·Applicable Lyrics
Now, this section is a bit tricky. Although this is what really makes the song irrestible to Laniatus, it also is what totally infuriates him and makes him frustratsed when he really thinks about it. Simply put, a vast majority of the lyrics can apply quite easily to Laniatus' life and personality. Although the averge person or viscet might love finding a song like this, it both leaves Laniatus enraptured and wanting more as well as gives him pancked, angry feelings.
·Pure Stubborness
And, it also boils down to just pure stubborness. And holding grudges that should be nonexistant. In fact, it was mostly just an off-hand comment from a random stranger that inspired him to fall in love with the song in the first place. He had just heard it for the first time, and hadn't looked into the lyrics yet at all. It was one of those songs that you hear once, enjoy, and never listen to again. However, hearing someone mumble about how much they hated the song, something deep inside Laniatus subconciously decided he would love the song. Just to piss off a random stranger whom he never saw again.
