what is their favorite constellation?Iris's favorite constellation is the Corona Borealis because they find it a beautiful constellation that could potentially represent every well known, successful King or queen that has made a mark in history that will never fade away into the black abyss of unsuccessful kings and queens. It reminds her of a beautiful kingdom she has admired since the day she was ever born in a nearby village known for its many unusual and peculiar events that do not happen in the other villages and kingdoms.
story; A small little being made a mark in the history of the village in a world, known for its peculiar things and events that took place there. Iris was definitely one of them, born in a small bush with unknown parents whom both fled to a place far away. Iris had started to want to rule a wealthy kingdom when she was younger. Iris knew that if she wanted to rule a kingdom, she'd have to survive the chilling winds of the many hills that threatened frostbite, but she was at a very young age when she learned the ways of survival from what she liked to call "the King in the sky", somehow not freezing or starving to death. She learned from the constellations, who told her to follow a bright, cold star that pointed to the east, so Iris followed. Not long after, she was in a village with many unique creatures that roamed the streets. As soon as she walked in, she was greeted by a few glances of strangers walking or hopping or rolling by, most likely because she has just arrived into the village. Iris smiled to herself. She reached the destination that welcomed her more than ever. After that, she depended on the stars, but she didn't leave the village. If she went to a different village or upgraded to living in a kingdom, everyone would see her as a weirdo, she'd be an outcast, tossed in the corner like trash. So, Iris stayed, but, every night she couldn't sleep, so she would take a walk to the country, and she would sit on a hill that dared to face the sky, then she would talk to Corona Borealis as if, as a whole, it was a living thing that was her friend. Some creatures called her weird or creepy from the rich, normal kingdoms and villages, but she didn't care. She had a few friends from the village, but her best friend-the one who helped her get to the place she belongs-is Corona Borealis. A few years after this, a messenger sprinted towards the village, whom told the townsfolk that the Royal kingdom from not very far away was under attack by foreign outsiders who wanted the throne to themselves. Iris immediately seen an opening for her goal, so she announced that she was going to fight against the outsiders, along with many other creatures seeking a true entrance into the kingdom. And so, the big group of creatures the, size of a chihuahua to the size of a two story house, held their heads up high as they ran to the kingdom. When they arrived, there was chaos that threatened them to run away, but they stood their ground and picked out the outsiders from the townspeople, who frowned upon the group's arrival, even though they were on the kingdom's side. Iris fought many outsiders, chasing them away from innocent townsfolk or fighting other outsiders who never returned to their homeland. Her heart raced with justice, and her eyes darted around as if they were shooting stars. Then, after a long night of fighting, all of the outsiders were defeated or held as prisoners. The king and queen were surprised at the amount of effort from the group of oddballs, so, they requested the group to stay as guards for the entrance to the mighty kingdom. Most of them refused, but Iris suggested herself to stay in the kingdom as a merchant, and they accepted.
"One question, though," Iris said in a small voice." Can you see the stars while in the kingdom? Or do the walls bloke them?" The queen replied with unfortunate news that the stars were in fact blocked by the stars. Iris shook her head, then said that she'd be better off staying in her original village than a huge kingdom, then some of the group left, while the others stayed there to live in the kingdom.
