Claire-lily's favorite
food had been an
obvious choice ever
since she first tasted
it as a calf.
Whenever her parents
gave her honey, she
couldn't stop eating
the delectable treat.
Claire always described
it as something she didn't
want to leave "untouched".

Claire-lily, or Claire was always seen as someone different from other calfs- born with her eyes
greyed and colorless for the most part. It was shortly after she was born that she was declared
color blind, well, for the most part. As she grew to be able to talk, and share what she knew,
she said she could, in fact, see color. When the doctors asked what colors she could see, she
explained a color that, in fact, others could not see. She went through millions of colors of
every degree, and every single slight change, and still couldn't pinpoint the color she saw. It
was the only color she could see, and sadly, no one else knew what it was, or what it looked
like.It was like she was in another world all her own 。 。 。
Claire's personality is only something that could be described as stubborn; as she is an Aries,
and a ram of the Chinese Zodiac. Her absolute unmovable attitude has kept her on her hooves
for basically her whole life, and now helps her to thrive in her colorless world.

SerenataFrom; Italian "Serenata"
Means; Evening Song
Nickname(s):
SerenaFrom; Latin "Serenus"
Means; Serene, Calm, Tranquil
SeraFrom; Latin "Seraphina"
Means; Fiery One
Gender:
Main Diet:
Supplements:
Whole Grain Linseed
Sunflower SeedsNote; To be fed in small amounts (½ cup per) in the evening once every three days.
Personality:
Serena is a peaceful cow. She likes nature, and soft sounds, peace and tranquility, and above all else, she enjoys her solitude. She's not a social cow, not by any stretch of the imagination. She's introverted, intelligent, prone to headaches, and has a dismally short tolerance for idiots and loud things. A crying calf? She's certainly not going to get closer to the bawling, whiny little thing, if that's what you're asking. A holiday gathering? Count her out! All that crowding and cheer, screaming younglings, laughing humans and particularly touchy-feely cows? Why in the world would she want anything to do with any of them? For her, such things are often stressful, and even painful, due to her headaches.
Most would actually call her waspish because of this. Admittedly, she's not the most pleasant cow to be around when she's in pain, but really, who could blame her? If someone was half screaming at you, asking if you were alright when it was perfectly clear that you weren't, and you'd already told them to go away, twice, thrice, four ruddy times... Well, that one cow didn't bother Serena again, bearing a hoof shaped scar underneath that obsidian fur, which grew back white. Sure she felt a little bit guilty afterwards, but really, they had it coming to 'em, and with the way that cow was whining afterwards, you'd think she'd broken a bone or something. As one might imagine, Serena isn't fond of whining, either, and any chance at an apology was immediately shot. Then trod upon. And burnt with fire, just for good measure, when the other bovine continued to bemoan the white mark on once perfectly obsidian fur.
Though, if she thinks it's called for, Serena's not above laying into someone without a shred of remorse afterwards. Like that one really pushy and boastful bull, thinking he was the best thing since sliced bread. Oh, how she loathed him, and oh how he thought it was 'cute' how she was playing hard to get. There was absolutely nothing but smug delight when that bull howled as her blunt teeth snapped down on his tail, trying to snatch it free only to break it when she maintained her grip. She'd let him go, after that, the bull severely emasculated after being put in his place by the pretty, pastel, cow with shiny hooves, pearly horns, and silken fur. As feminine as she may appear, Serena isn't afraid to get her hooves dirty. In fact, she rather enjoys it.
There's nothing quite like sinking down into a bed of wet grass, feeling the mud squelch up between her hooves, and letting the chilly morning dew seep into her pale fur. There's something almost magical in those earliest hours before even the dawn, something sweet and addictive and oh so alluring about being the first one up in the morning. It's peaceful and quiet, and she can almost pretend that she's the only cow in the world, and that there aren't idiots just waiting to wake up and drive her up a wall later in the day. She adores the beautiful silence, and the earliest, softest sounds of the day as all the little birds begin to wake, and squirrels begin to scurry. If she could just remain in those crisp, quiet, morning hours forevermore... Well, there'd be fewer bawling bulls with broken tails, that's for sure.
Serena's far from being the motherly type, and if anything, she'd probably end up fostering any calf she had off on her sort of friend, mostly half tolerable acquaintance, Cymosa. The other cow isn't stupid, nor suicidal, and is smart enough not to scream around Serena- always a good thing, for all parties involved. Sure May can be aggravating and annoying with her often unwelcome matronly attitude, doggedly making sure the antisocial cow doesn't end up making herself sick, much to Serena's irritation. Yet May is the closest thing to a friend she's got, and it's either tolerate the other cow's gentle requests, or be forced to listen to May's fussing about her health, and potential vitamin deficiencies. The stubborn cow wouldn't leave Serena well enough alone, having to dodge her fair share of bites and kicks, but in the end it was more effort than it was worth, trying to chase the other bovine away.

Congratulations! There was an overwhelming amount of effort shown in your form, though I saw a bunch of beautifully coded ones as well! Take good care of Serena ^^

*squeaks, before trilling happily* Thank you very much, Kaluga, Neanis, this was an absolutely wonderful surprise to wake up to~ *attempts to snuggle cow, only to rapidly retreat at the dark look such efforts garnered* Ahem, in any case, I shall gladly treasure my latest darling, even if she'd bite me were I to try and smother her with affection as I wish to do.
And Neanis, even if it is a sketch, it's a very pretty sketch, and one I thought much better than my own artwork. With that being said, I shall thank you not only for the congrats, but also for the lovely art as well~
