Once upon a time... Okay maybe like a few months ago? There was a beautiful princess and prince.. The prince was so handsome and the princess was so beautiful.. They were perfect for each other! So they got married! Isn't that a cute story? Well.. That's not reality for Kimi. She was an ordinary Vaiki but just felt always so empty. Kimi decided to just ignore it.... Until.. She met Heru. A very handsome Vaiki. Kimi's heart was lifted when Heru even took a glance at her. She always dreamed about him and wished he'd notice her. Kim tried to make him notice her, she tried to wear makeup(Failed.)Hang out with the cool girls(Failed.)And many more which failed horribly. Someday... Just someday she wished. Thornton sat at the entrance of the ice rink, waiting for Brooke to arrive. His face perked up when he saw his crush enter through the gates and make her way over to him. "Hi.." He said, a scarlet blush covering his facial features. "Hi! One thing before we go in, have you ever done this before?" Thornton started at Brooke's question, this was in fact his first time ice-skating. "N-no.." He said quietly, so only Brooke could hear him. Brooke laughed casually, "I'll teach you the basics." She generously offered to the lovesick Vaiki. She took his paw and lead him into the ice rink. Thornton sat next to his crush and clumsily began struggling to put on the dreaded skates. Brooke sighed, "You really are a scatterbrain, here, let me help." She said, fastening the boots to his comfort. Brooke proceeded to put on her own and took Thornton's paw once more, only this time to lead him into the actual rink. "So the main goal is, not to fall over." She explained, Thornton was overcome by this impossible task and fell over thirteen times. "Thornton, Thornton, you're the clumsiest Vaiki I've ever met!" She said, a warm smile over her face. After about an hour of falling, Thornton got the hang of it. "Brooke.. Thank you.. for.. helping me.." He said quietly, his face flushed scarlet. "No problem, but hey, you look a little.. off?" She said in a caring manor. "It's just.. there's something I've been meaning to tell you.. Brooke.. I.. I-I love you! Can we.. stay together.. forever?" He burst out. The other's facial expression was now clearly shock, "Thornton.. I.. I think the same.. and yes!" She said quietly. Thornton quickly planted a kiss on her cheek without thinking and they set off home, talking all the way.

Ice's paws tapped nervously on the table as he waited in the cafe, tail waving behind him. He'd hoped that Grisbane had received the invitation, and also hope that the pastel Vaiki would take him up on their offer. Ice had said that he'd buy lunch for the both of them at the cafe, and so he'd been waiting for about fifteen minutes.

After a couple more minutes of nervewracking silence, his ears caught the sound of the door's bell ringing, and he turned to see who had come in. To his delight, it was who he was expecting..!

"Gr-Grisbane!" Ice called quietly, smiling a bit. Thank goodness he had shown up, he was starting to get a little worried. "I'm over here...!"
Grisbane heard Ice and moved over to sit with him, giving a wave. "Yep, I'm here..!"

"So, you can go ahead and order whatever you'd like. I'll be paying and you can't tell me no." Ice grinned, crossing his paws. He laughed as Grisbane stuck his tongue out and went to order.

Once Grisbane came back with his order, Ice struck up a casual conversation, trying to keep himself from keeling over nervously. He could do this. No need to be scared...!

"Hey, G-Gris?" Ice asked quietly.

"Yes?"

"I-I... I love you."
