Owner: Simmarrah
Show Name: Shadowfax
Barn Name: Fax
Age: 10 years
Gender: Gelded last year, so he still has that stallion fire but less of the mating drive.
Height: 14.2h
How high can he jump?: The highest I have ever gone on him has been 3'6" which near about scared me to death but was also quite fun to do in a course. However, once when he was still a stallion, he jumped our 5' perimeter fence to chase after a mare in heat, and produced the only foal that we have seen that looked like him. The colt is running wild with his momma, while Fax was gelded at age 9, after his 6 month hiatus running the wilds..

Hey everyone! This will end in about 2 days. Just some friendly reminders to some of you newer people!

Rules and Breed Standards wrote:These guys usually range from 12.3Hh-14.2Hh (or .3 depending) and are strong little guys. They used to pul coal from mines, so they needed to have stamina of a quarter horse but power and accessibility- making them muscular and stout. So please when entering, enter by the standards of breed! Thanks all!<3

Owner: Dark.
Show Name: Pot O'Gold
Barn Name: Patty
Age: 5
Gender: Stallion
Height: 14.2hh
How high can he jump?: Due to the fact he is just been brought on, Pat only competitively jumps 2.7ft (85cm). He is however nearly ready to procede to BE90 (British Eventing 90) where he will be jumping 2.9ft (90cm).

Owner: Sandy Hoofprints
Show Name: Space Hopper
Barn Name: Hopper
Age: 7
Gender: (Gelding or Stallion)
Height: 14.3hh (high for the breed, and technically qualifying him as a horse)
How high can he jump?: Hopper can jump about 3'6, at his best, but we wouldn't go much higher than 3'1 in cross country or show jumping competitions. That's because he's short for his class and because with the more technical courses I'd rather he had a clear round and didn't freak out or refuse any. At home when we are just having fun we'll usually not go over 3'3 so he doesn't tire himself out so quickly. The reason he's such a good jumper is partly down to his slightly lighter build than the other AIWPs, though he's still comparatively stocky.
