Welcome to Night Vale......[Theme music}
when he was five that is when it all started the prophesy of him becoming the VOICE of Night Vale. He started taking notes in his note book consciously and self-consciously. He was even a boy scout at one time. At age 15 he started recording himself with eagerness but out of the corner of his eyes a mysteries a flicker grew especially when he sang or spoke. Eventually he landed a job with NVCR and got to work with his Idol Leonardo but as he continued to speak and stuff the light got stronger and attacked one day after that Cecil never really told what else happened. After that he went to Europe to mentions the countries of Svitz, Franchia, and Luftnarp and dosnt really know they don't exist. Other than that he has never really left Night Vale and is complete unaware of the things happening out side of it...

He exists somewhat beyond time.


About him:
Is well acquainted with the people of Night Vale and has somewhat of a dual personality he can be cheerful but then can turn to serious at the drop of a hat. He is VERY proud of Night Vale even tho its the exact oppiste of our "normal". He is very calm about every thing that happens in Night vale his views on many of the social issues is very free-willed and doesn't seem to care what he says could possibly cause a revolt. As due to his dual nature he makes strong statistic statements RANDOMLY. He has a tendency to get into trouble with the station management as well. Can come across as kind and ethical person which he describes himself But with the corporation of authorities he kind of has a rough patch with legalized murder "some how". He also gets a little butt hurt about people suggesting that his management style is kind of questionable. Cecil is certainly not immune to horrors and is rendered genuinely helpless and terrified by some events at some points and worries deeply about Carlos.

Cecil existed along with the radio station before night vale did.


His somewhat power:
He has this third eye that can help see what going on at that exact moment so Cecil doesn't have to leave the broadcasting room he also has this strange power that comes from his listeners and the radio station but that might just be because hes VERY persuasive Nobody knows.
